Would it not be worthwhile to build water pipelines to the Northern desert areas and water purification systems to deliver needed water for crops and people in the North? Would it not be worthwhile to build water pipelines to the Northern desert areas and water purification systems to deliver needed water for crops and people in the North? Also more investment might be dedicated to state of the art greenhouses including the generation of photovoltaic energy to control the temperature of the greenhouses, provide water pumping capability and also energy for the farming communities in both the summer and the winter.
