it depends of the company, if it's a foregin company or japanese company. And if it is a japanese company as you said, it depends if most of the coworkers are nationals or foregins. I do think it's a great opportunity for everyone to work there, having some international experience is very important, and even more working in Japan. Wages are much higher than in India and Europe in this kind of jobs. In my opinion, you should definitely go there to have this experience, and if it does not work, go back to your country or any other place, and you will have more opportunities if you say you worked in Japan.

Honestly there's nothing wrong with having foreign workers. As long as Japan doesn't follow what Europe did (aka accept people with almost no screening), they will be fine and the economy will thrive.

Not every European country accepts immigrants so easily. I live in one of the biggest cities in Poland and the only foreigners I've ever seen here are university students (because university here is very cheap) and a few Ukrainians

I just hope the Japanese don't do the same mistakes that were done in Europe after WW2. It's important to make sure that the workers integrate into Japanese society otherwise they will face the same problems with migration like a lot of other countries.
