I recently received a message from the police zone (Belgium) in my region.
"you are allowed to fly your drone according to European drone legislation. But you are not allowed to store photos or film recordings on any medium without permission from the government."
So I can wait 3-4 weeks for each flight for such permission. ( if they are going to answer your request )

Same here in Canada. You can’t fly in any parks, beaches, over any people, within 1000 ft of any wildlife or sealife…its pretty ridiculous. I feel like all governments think we are just up to something bad when we fly our drones! Hey I’m just out there to get some cool video!

Man, I would love one of these. I use the DJI Spark and it's good, but pretty basic. One good thing about the spark is you really get to know how to fly a drone, and operate a camera at the same time. I can do image editing and color correction, but having all those detection sensors, and other features really helps getting that shot.

This is kinda false advertising. Yes it was shot on the Mavic 3, but the footage is saying Mavic 3 Cine. It would be better to see the actual footage from the standard Mavic 3 like the video said. You can’t just say “Mavic 3” in the title, and then just shoot with the cine version. People wanna know what they are about to dump their money into.
