Everyday you wake up with lack of motivation, watch some motivational videos then start your work after 1 hour you get bored again, then start scrolling social media and until you realise, 24 hours over….
I have developed a new technique which really works for me for increasing my daily productivity and will make you self motivated with course of time. So let me explain more clearly,
First of all, you need to make a toughest daily routine for yourself , forget about following it now just make it like I have separate for workdays and weekends
Now, write all the days of the month just like I have written above and paste /keep it somewhere where you see it every time you enter your room
Till , now you have just decided when to study, now you have to decide what to study , for that you need this:
Yess, TO-DO List this will keep you alx at every moment and also saves your time in thinking what to study. Make sure to make it night before going to sleep. And kindly mark whenever you complete a task.
Now , you will ask me how can I follow the toughest routine,so now you need some rewards for yourself…umm… and paste/ keep it near your daily schedule where it is visible easily
If you completed all your daily tasks for 1 weeks full, you will be rewarded, like for me if I work continously for 1 weeks, I play outside with friends for 2 hours and if I complete 75% of it then just 1 hour. Now you will say, what will these rewards do , so let's see

Just follow it for few weeks , it will definitely be tough at start but once you get addicted to that pleasure you will work yourself .
You will also understand the value of hard work, I was working on this routine since last one month but I was getting distracted but the rewards made me stick to it…I have just done 80% of my work in first week so I have played just 1 hours,hope that I play 2 hrs next week
You can choose your rewards accordingly, like some likes chocolates so 2 bar of chocolate for 1 weeks and so on.
NOTE: I have seen some people either making a proper routine or TO-DO list but believe me you should make both , after that your productive will be at maximum level.

Students like me who prepare for UPSC examination need regular motivation for studying long hours. I think, without having perfect motivation we are unable to be consistent.
Not only the motivational quotes, our daily routine also helps us to get motivated.
There are some ways which I used to get motivated and to study for 10–12 hours a day.
My Study Space
I love the place where I study, I have put down some of my favourite quotes which continuously remind me of my goal. If you have some personal space for your study, customise it your way.
2. Earlybird - I manage to wake up at 4:30 am daily. I love to study in the morning hours, especially for my revisions. When you start to your day with good vibes you automatically get motivated.
3. Do yoga and stretching - Yoga and stretching keep me fit and I feel more rejuvenated and not sleepy during my studies. It also enhances my focus and concentration.
4. Planning - I make daily to–do list, weekly and monthly plans which keep me more consistent and productive in my studies. I also stick them front of me for constant reminder.

6. Meditation - Meditation helps me to make my mind more peaceful and boost my memory.
Some tiny bits of advice—
Have light food.
Keep yourself hydrated.
Drink black tea or coffee.
Avoid phone calls.
Write your thoughts down when you sit to study.
Listen music.
Prefer hardcopy instead of studying online.
Prefer mindmaps for fast learning.
Cut yourself from any distraction.
Do some of your favourite activities.

To be motivated… you need to be ready to hustle. You will have days were you won’t sleep for a whole day. Days were you have to study all day for sweet success of achieving that A*.
At times, you might feel lost. It’s okay, you have to ask for help and ask your teacher to explain the concept over and over again until you get it.
I don’t care if you have to read this a thousand times but you have to keep being motivated.
In life you’re always learning, and I need you to believe in your self that you can reach your desired goal.

What motivates me to study.???
Okay let me tell you that I have kept the frxd photo of my Parents on my study table as you can see.
The reason is simple.
The moment I see them I get the purpose in my mind to study and I say myself chalo let’s get started.
They are the reason I stay awake and study for longer hours.
They motivate me to study.
They encourage me to gain knowledge as much as possible.
I want nothing else in this world then being the reason of happiness to my parents and making them proud.

I have started preparing for a certain exam and it has actually brought me to a state of constant focus, attention which I was lacking for some months. I understood the fact I love studying, it keeps my mind at the bay of unwanted thoughts and also it makes me smarter (at least I feel so).
I am not a very studious person nor I study for hours. I have to juggle between office, cooking dinner, running errands and then also study but yes I keep to the point of I have even 40 minutes in my hand, I will use it judiciously.
And I will be frank, I have studied only to get rewards or gain something out of it and I am not ashamed to accept it. So if I have studied for my government exams it is only because of the fact (a) I was unemployed and (b) I had too much on my wishlist to fulfill. So maybe materialistic or external factors motivated me.
Same as now, higher pay, better life and well recognition allure me to study well, keep my mind focussed on achieving goals. And I am a very competitive person which also fuels my motivation to prove my caliber.
One thing, if I don't get through this particular exam cause I have not lost anything, moreover I have gained ample knowledge, mastered certain topics and I can actually have acumen towards a particular topic.
The point is one can only find the motivation within themselves to study. No one, not even God can make you do against your will. It has to be organic, from within oneself. And you need to study for yourself rather than anything else. If one feels that the goal is worth achieving then give your 100%. And if you actually want to turn your wishlist into reality you have to study and turn the dream into a concrete actuality.

On 10th Feb, 2018 me and my mom, we were on a shopping mission as, soon there was a wedding in our family precisely speaking, on 19th. So, me and my mom went to the market and we decided to experiment and get into better shops like showrooms. Soon, we entered a nice showroom having best sarees, suits, lehngas, dresses and gowns.
The moment we entered, one salesman attended us and first thing he asked us was what do you want..?? My mom in her most fumbling voice said a gown for my daughter she is in XII class around 5′6″ tall. He smiled and asked do you really want to buy something or here just to check out…??
It was so offending for me, I didn’t say anything just kept quite and calm. My mom again murmured, “We have a budget of 3000, show us in that.” He grinned and enquired to his other salespersons and was like promulgating and trolling us that here they are for buying a gown costing 3000. He said the gown behind you on mannequin costs 7000 and its just a mid range item.
We left the showroom but I made some decisions and promised myself that let the day come. The way my mom was insulted, it wasn’t fading from my mind. That day I promised myself that I will study hard and try to make sure that my mom will never have to see those price tags ever and salesman like that will get their his lesson.
So, if you don’t want your mom, your children, your father, your sister or your brother to go through these situations, stand up and start making the change and yes don’t forget those insulting situations, use them as fuel to fire up the beast inside you.

Getting saturated after long hours is normal and human. Losing interest in something as important as studying for an exam requires consideration of certain measures.
Make a timetable or a To-Do list with an ojective of completion of a very small portion of your study material. Challenges can boost your interest.
Be organized. Take a break, clear your study area, table and stack your books right on the table. Clutter-free environmet is a key to clearer thinking.
Take creative notes everytime you study. This can help you study even the hardest of your subjects. Color-code your notes, use colored pens, diagrams for representations and Capital letters for highlighting what needs to be remembered.

Study in a quiet environment. Whenever you try to study in a loud place, you won’t get any studying done whatsoever. But when you study in a quiet place you are likely to focus more.
Study in the calmest mood possible. This is extremely important. No matter what you face throughout the day, when you get to study, nothing else should be on your mind. Sideline all your feelings for a while and focus solely on what you're studying.
Try to understand your studying style better. What will make it easier for you to work? Try to make your study experience as interesting as possible.
Stop making those good looking, colorful notes. That artistic way of penning down notes is, in reality, very time consuming. It's fine to alternate between just 2 colored pens while making notes. The notes should be neat and understandable. Anything more than that isn't really necessary.
Take breaks. This helps your mind relax and takes it your mind off studying for a while.
Have a plan. Pen down your targets for the day, divide your time accordingly and keep a rough plan for the month ready in your mind. Don't just study subjects at random. Follow a properly planned sequence. Remember that a fool with a plan can beat a genius without a plan.
