I knew Iceland was going to be featured in this list. Visited it on 2019 & would love to move there someday. The only thing I don't like is that it's really pricey.

Well, in fact Iceland is very safe. I was there in the 90s and what the Icelanders told me by that time was that it is much more likely that you will commit suicide than to become a victim of a crime.
In fact Iceland in the 90s had a suicide rate that was 100 times higher than the rate of murdering! People commited suicide because of the lonelyness, the cold and depressive weather.
So, Iceland is a great place to visit as a tourist but I would never ever like to live there!

Im Croatian and from my experience i think Croatia should be in top 7-5(expecially in front of Ireland, Austria, Canada) Ireland cant be in top 15 let alone top 3 at least in my opinion.

While some places in Europe are great places to live in indeed, others aren't. So no, I wouldn't say that "Europe is the best place to live".
