I'm from Chengdu, I like to eat rabbit heads when I was young. It was only 5 cents per head. Rabbits can grow very fast, so was a very easy choice when people hard to find food to eat. I brought one rabbit head to my Singapore friend, end up, his boy had no dare to eat.

A lot of dishes from China have a lot of small bones in them. I would understand if it was a piece of fish. However, one time I ordered a chicken dish. I thought chickens should have been safe, but turned out they had so many bones. It came looking just like one of those rabbit dishes. It came with chicken pieces chopped so small and then stir-fried with many different ingredients. I had to be extra careful not to bite into hard bones and crack a tooth.
许多中国菜里有不少小骨头。如果是鱼的话我倒是可以理解。但是，有一次我点了一盘鸡。我觉得鸡肉尝起来应该会安全不少，但是事实证明这还是有很多骨头。这看起来就像那些兔肉菜品之一。它有切碎的鸡肉块，很小，并且和其他食材一起翻炒。我得多加小心不要咬到硬骨头，免得磕坏牙齿。
