I don't think they stashed anything in a offshore bank. Every business that provides any service that these people need makes a profit. Nevermind all the businesses that get cheep labour and let's face it many of those would go bankrupt if not for the low cost labour. This is a transfer of wealth to the few at the top. The loosers are the locals that have to compete with the newcomers for jobs and housing.
