I see Finland and USA on the list and the fastest in Finland is 120 mph and in USA 150mph. Too slow to be high speed.

I live in Germany and it has been 5 years. I have taken ICE 3 (the fastest edition) numerous times and it never exceeded 305 km/h. It rarely reaches that speed actually. Most of the time it's between 299 - 303 km/h on the most popular and faster routes, which includes the Paris - Strasbourg route. However, there could be routes that manages to reach 320 km/h limit.

Germany has limits on all HSR to 300 km/h. They are legally not allowed to go faster. And given the relatively short length of individual HSR lines in Germany, the additional 20 km/h don’t really make much of a difference.

The technical level of Indonesia's high-speed railway is the same as that of China, using CR400AF/BF, operating speed: 350km/h, design speed 400.
