I always thought something of this magnitude takes YEARS of planning, Its not something that you wake up one morning and say, "let's do this". People forget that this is one of the "Successful" attacks against the WTC - in actuality, there were several attempts.

But I don't think this kind of an attack required very much planning, because back then security was much more lax... nobody expected something like this...

Let’s see, I guess history is a good indicator of which party is most related to WAR…. Most of the time its, what you don’t do now that enables those that wish us ill will.
By dereliction of sworn duty to protect and defend this great country, incompetence or improper oversight and lies:
WWI = Wilson - Dem
WWII = FDR/Truman – Dem
Korea = Truman – Dem
Viet Nam = Kennedy / Johnson – Dem
Afghan/Iraq = Clinton / Bush / Obama – Combo effort….

The really neat part is the clinton efforts, look up how many time the US was attacked worldwide before 911 by the same group. Then, add in that clinton did nothing as well as cut the intel and military budgets....
