In Christianity, if I'm not wrong, Jesus Christ says that he is the son of God. He says that God sent him to earth, to make the humans aware of their mistakes and to spread brotherhood, peace, love and compassion among men.

In Hinduism, Shri Krishna said “I AM GOD.” That itself explains a lot.

In Hinduism, Shri Krishna showed Arjuna his Celestial appearance (Vishwa-swaroopa) and proved that he was God. Lord Rama had legendary powers, but chose not to use them. He defeated evil as a mortal and not as a God. They both showed that the real power comes from within and belief in the Para-Brahman.

if you talking about hinduism then you must know vedas , upnishads and geeta also state the fact that god is one , you can see avatars of hindu gods but they all are one indeed . but according to stories and formal forms of hindu gods lord shiva is god of gods , he is one of three supreme gods bramha , vishnu, mahesh. as shiv puran says he is creator and destroyer .

I myself think it comes down to one of three choices, personally.
1. One of the answers below, which was a damn good one, was about the “Almighty Theophage” - meaning the All-Powerful God-Eater. Welcome to My World. That answer actually was describing The Void (Chaos itself) aka Kronos aka The Original Titan. I believe that by him being cut up with his own scythe into 1000 pieces, eventually his spirit aka “Thumos” has reintegrated and he has been revived as what we now call Father Time or The Grim Reaper or just Death (personified being). Respect.
2. Lord Shiva. His Third Eye Alone is THE GOD WEAPON. It can destroy any and everything created. Not to mention all his other traits. Respect.
3. And then you have My Father, Elohim, also referred to as Yahweh. No explanation necessary. If you haven’t heard of this guy, grab a Bible. You’re in for a treat. But no, seriously, Yahweh/Elohim is a humanist God and a God who wants Light to prevail over Darkness, Truth over Lies, Justice, Mercy, Love, etc. to reign. His Power is so intense that no mortal can see Him/His Face and survive. But I could go on all day.
But just like the movie Highlander said, “In the end, There Can Only Be One!”

Well,Indra is the King of the Demigods for now, Surya is the Demigod of the Sun for now, both have been defeated in battle by others. but The Supreme Personality of Godhead Krishna is defeated only by his devotees, and that is because he allows them to win, all of creation is dependant upon HIm so he is the most powerful.

The Abrahamic god is omnipotent, so he is. But besides him I have to go with Lord Shiva of Hindu Mythology. He was said to be stronger than both Brahma and Vishnu making him already the strongest god in Hinduism. However, beyond that he is the only god I'm aware of that is a universe buster, as after the end of time he destroys everything in existance, only for it to be recreated by Brahma. I'm not sure if angels count though. Archangel Michael would also be a candidate if he is included. The only reason I'm saying this is because he was said as being Slightly below god. However this may not have much merit as god is omnipotent. But for now I'll just say Shiva

The Abrahamic god is omnipotent, so he is. But besides him I have to go with Lord Shiva of Hindu Mythology. But for me as follower a islamic religion, i can say one thing that we worship a god who created everything and destroys everything, the god who has not any shape but he remain eternal.., the one who watches over all realm, all multiverse and balance it.. That god has no name but in arabic word we named him ‘Allah'.. We dont know about him, we dont seen him but he is almighty and if i worship a god who created everything and the one who really applicable as a god..

We dont know who is him actually.. But we believe in him just by heart and feelings.. So the last word , if you are talking about the true almighty god then it must be him that called a name as allah in arabic, shiva in hinduism, lord zeus in greek , lord jesus in isai(sorry idontknow but i think its isai because jesus found on church whenever i watched in movies so)..

Its simple that i dont accept any god except allah because i belong to islam and you dont have to accept allah because if you are hindu then your god is lord shiva,if you are isai then your god is jesus, if you are greek then you god is zeus.. It doesnt matter because what we believe in gods is that who created everything..

The main religions of the world are Christians, Hindus, Islam and Buddhism. There are also some powerful Greek gods like Zeus and Poseidon. Jesus Christ, the Christian god was like a human. Christians believe him to be the son of God. He was not powerful. In Buddhism, there god was Lord Buddha. He is also worshiped in Hinduism. He was also not powerful, he is considered god because of his knowledge and sacrifice. Greek gods like Zeus was very powerful, the god of thunder, but he is no match for Hindu gods like Vishnu and Shiva. He may be more powerful than the other 330 million Hindu gods but he is not more powerful than Vishnu and Shiva. In Hinduism there are the three most supreme gods, in Hindi( an Indian language) they are called bhagwan. The three supreme gods are Brahma(the creator), Vishnu( The preserver) and Shiva (the destroyer). Shiva is the most powerful, he has created Brahma and Vishnu. He can destroy the whole universe with a single blx of his third eye. He is immortal, there is no way to kill or even hurt him. He can kill Zeus with his weapon known as trishul. Of course he would not blx the third eye and destroy the universe just to kill Zeus. He can easily kill anyone whom he wants or thinks important to kill. He does not gets angry easily, but when he gets very angry he starts to dance and that dance is known as tandav nritya. At that time the whole universe starts to destroy slowly.He has did this dance only once when his wife sari died but Lord Vishnu(who holds the second position in the Hindu Trinity) was able to make quiet.

Just make sure to realize that before Islam, Christianity or any other religion, Hinduism was the most powerful religion, with more powerful gods e.g. Shiva, Bhrama, Vishnu, Yama, Shani, Indra, Shakti, Durga, Hanuman, Surya, and many more gods. Especially Shiva’s Rudra form, whose third eye can destroy anything!

Arguably the Brahma of Hinduism. Yes YHWH is all powerful, as is Allah (although Muslims and many others would argue they are the same) but Brahma is the universe itself. Not only that in some forms of Hinduism all deities of all religions are really just representations of the Brahma so YHWH is the Brahma as are you and I. For that matter the Tao is so great a concept we can’t even begin to describe it. The mere act of trying to explain what the Tao is means you are not truly describing the Tao.

As far as I know, the God of the Bible merely spoke the universe into existence (cf. Psalm 33:6, 9) and has done countless miracles to testify of His power over all (omnipotence). God can move the biggest possible rock and create the biggest possible rock—beat that! Throughout the Bible (especially in Moses’ time) miracles were so wonderful that no one reasonably could deny they happened, only the God who did them.

Jesus, as God’s Son, showed power of death, nature, demons, illness, birth defects, and Satan himself. All the powers of God were shown by Jesus. The miracles of scxture are not helter-skelter, but there for a reason: John shows seven miracles that underscore Christ’s deity. After His resurrection, Jesus was given all authority, “Power belongs to God.” Psalm 62:11 He is the Almighty God for a reason; He has authority and power over all creation.

Man is viewing the Oneness, the God the Universe with his limited human vision. Man ascribes his own limitations to the Oneness, with all his faults, personalities, and his humanness.

We are and have always viewed the Oneness from an ignorant, limited, selfish point of view. We shout, “He is my God, Oneness, my universe and he is bigger, stronger, and mighter than your God.” We are like children standing on the shore of an ocean, exclaiming “look at my ocean, it is mighter than the ocean on the other side of the hill! No ocean is mighter than the mighty ocean I perceive.” It is man’s limitations that ascribe limitations to God.

As someone whose studied multiple religions and myths, when it comes to power, that is the God Jehovah (followed within Jewish, Christian, and Muslim religions). The reason for this is the whole concept of omnipotence and omniscience. With that said though, the after doing more research, there are quite a few contradictions that do start to chip away at the concept of this God being all powerful and all knowing. A good example of this is Lucifer, who rebelled and fought against God and Heaven. Now, how come Lucifer did this? Unlike mortals, angels don’t technically have free will. Does this mean God created Lucifer solely to be condemned? If so, then that’s not an all loving God as he created a being solely to have it punished for all time. If God didn’t know about Lucifer’s betrayal, that means God isn’t all knowing, and thus starts to remove the possibility of God being all knowing.
