Reading reviews it’s obvious this isn’t a product that works for everyone. For me it’s the best I’ve found in a long time. I’ve used the standards and one from Canada that I found in a Vancouver drugstore when traveling and desperate. That one worked well. Unlike me who loves traveling my roids don’t. Saw my doctor and was prescribed a steroid which didn’t do much. Read the reviews for this and took a chance. I love it. The smell is mentholy. I don’t find it bad at all. There is immediate cooling. I’ve had no burning issues with this. It starts working immediately for me. I love that you get 3 small tubes. One can be tucked into a purse or pants pocket and not take up any room. Carrying a big tube of Preparation H is not convenient. Plus you never know when you might need it. Wish I had this with me when I spent 4 days at Disneyworld in 90 degree heat in October. I was using ice cubes. I’ll offer a hint. My roids like to hang out instead of in. All that walking was causing a lot of friction and making the time with my grandkids not the happiest place on earth.it finally dawned on me to tuck them all back where they belonged and it helped a lot.
For me this stuff stops the itching and pain immediately and shrinks them back down quickly.

This product IS the only thing that worked. I was becoming increasingly desperate, believing that nothing would stop the insane itching and irritation from my hemorrhoid. I tried so many ointments with no success. After reading the rave reviews here I gave this a shot. Many people mentioned the smell and burning sensation when applied. The smell is nothing but an herbal scent that is common in Chinese medicine. To me, the scent along with a slight tingling burn when applied indicates it will work. And work it did. It began soothing the situation immediately and within three days I can say there is significant shrinkage and hardly any itching to speak of. A bonus of this ointment is that it’s not greasy. I''m super hesitant to purchase anything that sounds like "woo". The "Secret Asian Remedy" theme is a huge snake-oil red flag. I''m glad in 2017 I got desperate enough to give it a try. This product is the first thing that really helped after several months of pain. After about a week of using this product I was doing much better. No more bleeding or itching.
The odor is... interesting. It''s kind of a musky-herbal-medicine smell. It''s not off-putting to me, but I can see how some might not like it. Good thing is that it washes off your hands easily and isn''t something people around you can smell.
It has a cooling effect. This seems to last 20-30 min for me. It''s nice. If it feels like burning to you - then this product is probably not for you. Every body is a little different.

this was my last avenue for these bastard hemorrhoids!!! I had tried EVERYTHING!!! AND I HAD THEM FOR A WEEK!!! with no relief from preparation H, witch hazel, tucks, prescxtion proctozone from my PCP, even design (someone told me to try it) I had three huge ones that felt like a heartbeat when they throbbed!!! They were sooo painful!!! I stopped eating for two days so I wouldn''t have a BM. I read the reviews on this product and thought "I have nothing to lose." I got it Friday and was pleasantly surprised that 3 came in the package. It was a small tube and it smelled kinda weird but it was bearable. I cleaned the area with witch hazel and applied the product. It was a minty soothing relief and the pain subsided, to the point I got out of bed and was comfortable walking around. Day 2 was when I really noticed the difference. I didn''t have pain and although they were still there, they were not as big!!! I even ate and passed a BM and I was fine. I completely and utterly recommend this product!!!

Praise the Lord! I have struggled with chronic rectal fissures and hemorrhoids for 5 years. They came back recently and were worse than ever. It felt like I was pooping glass at times and I dreaded having my daily BM. I started this stuff a little less than a week ago and I am just about normal again! I am so thankful.

I had accidentally touched a VERY hot pan by the handle and was scared my whole hand would get blisters afterwards. But after applying the cream for 3 days, I never formed blisters or even any scarring on my hand. I also use this on acne, and it really helps reduce their redness and size.

Ok, first off, get over the smell. It smells like moldy mud to me. It was a familiar smell because of a Chinese burn/cut ointment I''ve used (Burn Ointment - Ching Wan Hung - which, I kid you not, has worked better for me that prescxtion silver sulfadiazene/Thermozene cream). So I didn''t let the smell put me off.
My experience was that the sensation was almost too intense the first time I used it, but that might be specific to my situation. When I ordered, I was surprised that these are 3 truly tiny tubes. But that turned out to be fine, as I didn''t even go through half of one tube before I found relief from hemorrhoids and also fissure. This comes with little insertion tubes. After the intense sensation, I would not recommend inserting any cream that you don''t know the effects of on yourself. I found it odd the tubes were included as I''m pretty sure the instructions specify external use only.
I gave a tube to my mom and she said it helped her, as well.
So, these were very helpful and I definitely recommend them!

I suffered from the worst chest cold in years and subsequently developed internal and external hemorrhoids from the incessant coughing. I had experienced rhoids in the past but nothing to this extreme (pain & swelling). I researched and tried several remedies but nothing seemed to help. When I ran across this product and read many of the reviews I said, what the heck and ordered the 3 pack 10gm each. I must admit, on initial use the cool feeling was a bit unexpected but not bad at all once I got used to it. The smell is kind of like a combination of Gold Bond medicated powder and Patchouli oil but this is not bad either. I noticed a significant reduction in the size of rhoids after day two and no sign at all after one solid week of recommended use. I am sold on this product and will recommend this to anyone suffering with this problem.

Well I must right a review for this stuff! I can’t say enough how great this stuff works. I’m 42 and got my first hem, it felt like it was the size of a grape , I was totally convinced I was going to have to go to a butt dr for this thing. Tried prep h it didn’t do anything . I found this stuff on amazon and read the reviews and thought for the money if it doesn’t work I’m not out much. When it showed up I was like Ralphy in the Xmas story. First day was night and day relief not sure what it did but it took it down half the size it was, I did have some pretty good bleeding not sure if it popped or something but after the second day it was almost completely gone and by the end of the 3day it was gone. As I right this I am still impressed how much difference it made. For the money you can’t go wrong if it doesn’t work for you all I can say is you need a dr cause if this doesn’t fix it your out of options.

This cream is straight up magic. I have ulcerative colitis and often find myself with a sore bottom. Nothing works faster or as thorough as this stuff. The only thing I don''t like is the smell - It is very strong.

I felt relief in one day. I kept on using it for a few more days just to be sure it’s fully healed. I got them from dieting too aggressively. I put more fruit and vegetables in my diet. Fiberone bars help too-especially when traveling. I used tucks wipes. Exercise helps- it seems the friction stimulates healing too. Other meds Prep-H and Tucks was helping but not healing. Butlers cream helped better- but still after a week I wasn’t healed. This stuff works fast- and heals fast

The medication did a real number on most of the nerve endings in my body, especially my fingers and my ...you know what. I couldn''t stand the constant itching and/or burning. Then I found this stuff.
I don''t like to buy outside of the USA, especially things from China. But this ointment is unbelievable. I have found that just "a little dab ''ll do ya" and I do that after every movement, which is when my symptoms are at their worst. At first, it feels like an ice cube, ahhhhhh, so refreshing! Then, that dies down and there is no itching or burning whatsoever. A miracle if ever there was one.
And don''t worry about the unusual smell. Where this stuff is going, does it really matter??
If you have any problems in this regard, GET THIS PRODUCT. It works, it really, really does!

Really does help with pain relief... Like people have said on here, it has a menthol cooling effect. I wasn''t really having burning or itching this time, just really bad pain. I used a little externally/internally and what a relief... The only other help is using a sitz bath.
And it does have a musky smell to it.. but it did not bother me (wash your hands after with soap and water+hand sanitizer)
Good deal for 3 little tubes and they include these special caps if you need to insert them.

It actually made it more painful. I was applying the cream twice a day. I continued using for 4 days hoping it will
eventually work but it didn’t. I thought the pain I had without the cream was the worst, cream made it more painful. Then today, I decided to stop using it. It’s good that this cream worked for a lot of people, clearly this is not for everyone and not for me.

I''m a retired RN who has had a very difficult time finding relief since being on several medications that cause severe constipation. And it doesn''t help that I am sedentary due to chronic fatigue and pain. Magnesium complex has helped prevent constipation at times, but then I get diarrhea and have to stop taking it. Then the cycle begins again with constipation that provokes painful hemorrhoids. I have tried Prep H, warm soaks, ice, witch hazel, etc. but it seems like the discomfort is worsening with time and the pain lasts longer and longer. I had never heard of this product but ordered it based on reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it both gave me symptom relief and shortened the latest episode. It has disposable applicators that can deliver the ointment into the anus, or you can just apply the ointment directly onto the external hemorrhoids. I tried both, and found the latter worked best for my situation. The only thing I don''t like is that the ointment is oily, like Vaseline, and doesn''t completely rub into the skin. But I suppose that ingredient is part of the formula, and it does give good results. I applied it after every bowel movement, or several times a day.

I''m a retired RN who has had a very difficult time finding relief since being on several medications that cause severe constipation. And it doesn''t help that I am sedentary due to chronic fatigue and pain. Magnesium complex has helped prevent constipation at times, but then I get diarrhea and have to stop taking it. Then the cycle begins again with constipation that provokes painful hemorrhoids. I have tried Prep H, warm soaks, ice, witch hazel, etc. but it seems like the discomfort is worsening with time and the pain lasts longer and longer. I had never heard of this product but ordered it based on reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it both gave me symptom relief and shortened the latest episode. It has disposable applicators that can deliver the ointment into the anus, or you can just apply the ointment directly onto the external hemorrhoids. I tried both, and found the latter worked best for my situation. The only thing I don''t like is that the ointment is oily, like Vaseline, and doesn''t completely rub into the skin. But I suppose that ingredient is part of the formula, and it does give good results. I applied it after every bowel movement, or several times a day.

I really wanted this to be the one, but it just wasn’t so. I powered through what felt like a chemical burn several times in two days using this product then called it quits with no improvement, just more pain. I’m glad it works for so many though. What really helped me was a few days of alternating Recticare (regular, not “advanced” which I found to be too intense) and Calmoseptine - every couple of hours; a diosmin supplement; Advil for the lightning bolt pain; and Benadryl for the stinging pain (and for sleep). Also, I’m now taking 100mg Docusate tablet every day no matter what. That has made the “go” incredibly less painful.
This is all after an ER visit and a (now canceled) scheduled surgery consultation. I wouldn’t wish this malady on my worst enemy, but I’m on the upswing now. I hope this review helps, even if this product does work for you. You will get your life back soon enough. Best wishes.

I have to say, I am impressed. I was skeptical at first, but bought this based on the reviews. I have one giant hemorrhoid that is both in and outside the rectum. It just started to bleed and fissure when the product arrived. Once you clean the area (with a little soap and water) apply liberally in and around the anus. Within seconds you''ll feel a cooling sensation and any itching or burning will literally go away. I have only used it for one day, but so far, it''s amazing. I am hoping it shrinks the roid like others claim, upxe to follow.

Always after gently cleaning with mild soap and water (never medicated pads):
1. Apply a thin layer of triple antibiotic cream with lidocaine in it.
2. Insert with tip of index finger a pencil eraser size amount of the musk cream (inside the anus).
3. Liberally smear double that amount on the outside prolapsing hemorrhoid.
4. Take a 2"x2" Gauss pad and fold it over and slide it between the butt cheeks so it runs the length of the ass crack just up against the roid. (I did this because there is a lot of bleeding and all the creams and ointments will transfer blood to your underwear and it could bleed through your pants and you might end up with a big red blood splotch on your outer clothing.
5. Eat two packs (3 grams ea) Fiber One Fruit Flavored Snacks per day. It softens the stool and makes it much less painful to pass the stool while the roid is healing.
6. Drink 32-64 Oz of water per day, stay away from spicy food or anything that causes flatulence.

As of today, the hemorrhoid has stopped bleeding, and has shrunk by 50-75%. It is not itching and there is no pain. I''ve started to discontinue the gauss and am only using a light coating of musk ointment.
I don''t know if it will work for you, I know some people have written some bad reviews, but if you follow my instructions EXACTLY I believe you''ll have great success. Frankly, I''m surprised this isn''t on the shelf at every CVS and Walgreen''s in the country. This will always be my goto roid killer. Good luck!

Had awful hemorrhoids after pushing out an 8.5 pound baby. I had a small internal roid after baby #1 that rarely bothered me, but all the extra labor and pushing for #2 made it bulge out and was bigger than the size of a large grape. Diet and exercise seemed to have no effect. Probiotics gave me easier bowel movements, but it was still painful and irritated a lot of the time. I was thinking about going to a doctor to have it banded and removed but decided to try some medicines first because thanks to this wonderful healthcare law we have now, my deductible quadrupled and my coverage is minimal so it would cost me several hundred to have done it that way. Other than the odd dirt/clay smell, this stuff is miraculous. Literally a week later after using it there is zero sign of hemorrhoid. It''s been 4 months now and it''s still gone, though I am still sticking with my probiotics and trying to keep fiber & water intake high. My only complaint is that there were 3 tubes... I only needed 1!
Another comment- it says to consult a doctor if breastfeeding, I used this and noticed absolutely no signs of my newborn being bothered, or problems with milk supply as a result. In case any fellow post-partum ladies had any concerns about it''s safety or effectiveness. DO IT, you''ll be glad you did!
