Many of you may not be aware that Yunnan is the main production area of small coffee beans. Thanks to the hot and dry valley climate, the coffee beans have a balanced taste with low acid levels, mild bitterness, intense fruity aroma and a fuller-body. Yunnan coffee is warmly welcomed in the market. I picked a basket of coffee beans along Lujiang River and tried roasting my own coffee beans at home. In this quiet afternoon, let''s enjoy a cup of hot coffee.
