After a seven-month voyage from Earth, China’s unmanned spacecraft Tianwen-1 successfully went into orbit around Mars on February 10, 2021. After a 15-minute deceleration, the probe entered Mars’ gravitational field and began to circle the red planet in a large elliptical orbit, according to state news agency Xinhua.

Humanity can do so much when having a healthy cooperation/competition with each other. The desire to cling on to Western "liberal democratic" primary in 21st-century world affairs, at the expense of the rest of the world (with > 80% of its population!), is so dated and against the tide of history.
