How are you defining the Seven World Wonders? Because there are all sorts of lists floating around, and none of them are all that consistent.
Just going on one list I've seen publicized a lot (the New7Wonders list), I've been to 5/7:
The Taj Mahal - super impressive, definitely lives up to the hype. Not just the building and garden, but the whole experience of visiting. One of my travel highlights, for sure!
The Colosseum -- when I visited nearly twenty years ago, it was during an Italian heat wave in the middle of summer and I was quite sick at the time, so I mostly just remember crowds of people. I'd love to go back.
Chichen Itza -- IMHO, waaaay overrated. There are far better pyramids and ruins to visit in Mexico. It felt like a bit of a zoo with so many people lined up for photos and whatnot. (In contrast, I could have spent days in places like Palenque, Bonampak and Yaxchilán, which are magnificent and had very few crowds or people.)

Machu Picchu -- probably the highlight of all of them for me so far. Getting to visit Machu Picchu for sunrise was just a surreal experience. You can't see in the photos how huge and impressive the site itself is, nor can you fully appreciate all the Incan ruins in the Sacred Valley and surrounds. I spent a week based in Cusco visiting the area, and it wasn't nearly enough.
Great Wall of China -- there are lots of different places to visit the Great Wall, of course. I went from Beijing to the Mutianyu section. The Wall is very impressive, and there are so many stairs and gates, it's quite a hike to check out even small sections of it. I enjoyed all the associated history. But yeah, it was also mobbed with tourists and their selfie sticks, which is unfortunate. There are so many amazing sites to see in China that I feel like the Great Wall might be a bit overrated. Still worth visiting if you have the chance, though.

Petra -- definitely on my list, hope to make it there one of these days. Despite five trips to Israel, I've yet to make it to Jordan. Future goal.

Agreed. I haven't seen all of the places in the OP but the Angkor Complex is the singular most breathtaking place I've been in my entire life. Angkor Wat itself (which is just one temple) was a bit overcrowded for my liking, still cool, but once you get into the jungle and realize the absolute scale of construction.... Just wow

You make me feel kinda bad for not having appreciated it that much lol, I was in Angkor Wat 2 years ago but felt largely underwhelmed in contrast to the hype. It is big of course, but I mostly remember huge crowds of tourists... And a big ugly bridge over the water canal to get to the main complex. Honestly I had a more memorable experience visiting one of the smaller (but still big) temples spread around there in the early morning, when there were no other tourists yet and there were monkeys all over the place.

Agreed about Chichen Itza. I saw Teotihuacan the same trip and found those pyramids way more amazing since they're huuuuge and you can hike to the top.

For ruined Mayan cities, Tikal imo is easily the most impressive out of the ones that have been excavated & have good tourist infrastrucutre.

I was just going to say that I enjoyed Tulum more when I was there, but you beat me to it.
Chichen Itza was filled with people selling tchochkes and the like, and just felt way more overdone. Tulum felt more focused on the ruins.
But then again, I had a bad experience at Chichen Itza: I was there in August and it was hot as hell. Stupid me thought that the little water bottle the tour group gave out would be enough, and partway through I ended up so badly dehydrated that I had to walk halfway across the compound to find a bottle of water just to not pass out. So I may be biased here since I had a much better general experience at Tulum.
That said, my mental image of both places from my memories are of one heavily commercialized and focused on the tourists vs. one much more focused on the ruins themselves.
(Though now that I think about it I don't think I'm that biased. I went through a similar experience of nearly passing out at the Taj Mahal -- don't ask, I'm bad with water and heat especially when I don't know where the next bathroom will be -- and I absolutely loved the Taj and would go back in a heardbeat.)

I'm prone to heatstroke and bad effects from hot weather too, so I totally understand. I've started timing most of my travels for winter or whichever is the coolest possible season, and I aim to visit sites early AM or late in the day when it's not so hot. Lots of water, sunscreen, and a wide brimmed hat are all musts, too.
(Totally agree on the Taj Mahal. I was in India in the middle of the demonetization crisis and it was chaos but I loved it anyway. So worth it!)

I really felt the vendors everywhere ruined the experience of Chichen Itza. As well as having people dressed up to pose with at the entrance - made it feel more like some theme park than a historical site.
The pyramid and stuff was very cool, but going with an organized bus tour was a mistake. Arrived far too late in the day, a few random stops we could have skipped.... Would drive myself if I went again and get in early before the heat and crowds.

Petra is amazing and I had an unforgettable experience there. Spent the entire day from sunrise to sunset there and hiked 13 miles in total that day. I've been dying to go back and take my husband this time.

Christ the Redeemer is fine! It really is just a statue, not super impressive on its own. The view from Corcovado Mountain (which it’s on) is pretty amazing, though. You can see the entire Guanabara Bay Area from the vantage point. It’s also very accessible - you can hike it or take the funicular up.

I just recently visited Christ the Redeemer and while it is super cool... calling it a Wonder of the World just seems overrated. It's an amazing view, and the statue is certainly cool... but I never felt any sorta euphoric feeling being there whatsoever.
There is any crazy history associated with it like the others. Its cool and I 100% recommend going --- but its not in my top 7 things to see in the world

For Chichen Itza and the Great Wall, you gotta get there early. Honestly, that's the case for all busy tourist sights. Tourists don't like waking up early.
If you go early enough, you can have most places literally to yourself.

If it is based on these ones, I've been to all but the Great Wall (which I'm sure is cool, but it's not super high on my list - getting a Chinese visa was a pain).
In terms of least impressive... I would say all of them are impressive in their own ways. But if I had to rank them (not including the wall) from 'worst' to best:

The Taj Mahal is far more impressive seeing it in person than I even imagined. Get in as it first opens (which even then is busy), while it's slightly cooler and has great light and maybe some fog. One of, if not THE most impressive building I've ever seen.
Petra - far bigger than you think and be prepared for lots of walking and a couple of days to see it properly. Go at night too if you're there on a day they do that. Of what I did manage to see, it was impressive..
Machu Picchu - again very cool. I had terrible food poisoning the night before and was so weak and ill I couldn't appreciate it. But it's just so iconic I need to go back to properly see it.

Of these, I'd rank them in this order of impressiveness (acknowledging, of course, that it is highly subjective): Machu Pichu, Great Wall, Taj Mahal, Colosseum, Petra, Chichen Itza, Christ the Redeemer. In my mind, the first five were pretty neck and neck, while the last two were more distant in my rankings.

I’ll add on to this that that it depends on what you enjoy. I thought the colosseum was way cooler than the Taj Mahal, but that’s because I’m a Roman history nerd.

The pyramids are amazing, it’s actually crazy how big they really are I went when I was about 10 years old and was truly amazed on the size of them. Only downside was there’s a lot of locals that try to scam tourists for camel tours or make you buy unnecessary pyramid accessories but everyone should definitely go if they had the chance.

I was just awe-struck when we would be driven around southern Cairo, and every now and then the Pyramids would peek out between the modern buildings. It was such a surreal sight seeing a massive 4500 year old building still standing, relatively intact, in the backdrop of a contemporary city.

When I visited the goal was to get there before sunrise but the driver we hired drove suuuper slow (we drove from Delhi) and we missed it. Definitely need to go back and try again!

Of the Anicent ones there's not much left. Pyramids, one column of the Temple of Artemis and some ruins of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus.
I've seen all of the New Wonders. My list from the least impressive to the most impressive is following: Christ the Redeemer, Colosseum, Chichen Itza, Great Wall of China, Taj Mahal, Machu Picchu, Petra
Christ the Redeemer - it's just a statue with plenty of selfie taking tourists. Overal landscape of Rio is much more impressive. Even the view from the statue platform is much better than the statue itself.

Colosseum - Rome as whole is amazing, although crowded. The Colosseum is just on esight of many, so I was not super impressed.
Chichen Itza - Super crowded (there's more than 1000 souvenir vendors which means lots of tourists) and it's not allowed to climb anything. Comparable with many other Maya cities. It's good to be there aerly in the morning and enjoy it for a while without crowds.
Great Wall - I visited some non touristy areas. It's long so everyone can choose some empty strecth. I was even camping on the top of it. The famous parts are very crowded.
