No matter what career you're interested in, there will be a level of dependency on your sales team or marketers, so learning to sell is a great idea.
This is especially true for entrepreneurs. You may have the best idea in the business world, but if you can't sell that idea, you won't attract investors, customers, or talented employees.Your idea will die as just that.. An idea.

STEPS TO BE A BETTER SALESMAN:
Define target audience. “Everyone” is not an answer, and you will fail that vague.
Study customer buying habits. This will help you tweak your sales pitch!
Take time to build relationships. In business, the first thing you're selling is yourself. If they don't like you, they won't buy your product.
Keep your customers engaged. Whether it's by an email newsletter, or whatever, once you have acquired a customer you want to keep them. It costs less to keep a customer than it does to acquire a new one.
Don't make assumptions. Entrepreneurs will sometimes make the mistake of assuming they know the customer’s needs or what the product is worth.
Establish a daily ritual. This could mean reserving an hour each day for prospecting calls or setting a weekly goal of meeting at least 10 new clients.
Showcase your success. Your website should be clean and professional looking. This will help build credibility. I recommend including testimonials or case studies of customers.
Become an industry expert. Establishing yourself as an authority in your field will strengthen your sales pitch and attract new customers.
The best way to learn is by just doing it; however, another great way to absorb useful information is to read. I've read many books that helped me sell.

If you want to make more money, help more people get what THEY want.
When we focus on “selling ourselves”, we’re inner-focused rather than being outer focused.
… and because most people are inner-focused, when someone’s trying to “sell” us on something, our guard goes up and we go into defense mode.
Instead, flip it completely around and become outer-focused.
Rather than “how can I sell myself?”, focus on “how can I help you?”
This simple mindset shift will change the way you communicate.
This is a super simplified version, but it will give you a great frxwork for meeting new people, building relationships and monetizing them.

1. Get To Know Them By Asking Great Questions: People will literally tell you how to sell them if you just ask the right questions and listen. I like to do this with a one on one because you’ll always get them more comfortable when you're face to face
2. Offer Value: By offering value and coming from contribution first, you help them let their guard down and they allow you to help them. My favorite way to do this is by making introductions — it takes me less than 5 minutes to do and is powerful enough to change their whole life. I’m working on a blog post for this too!
3. Go For Your Ask: Lastly, make your ask easy to say yes to. Instead of “will you buy my product”, offer them something that is an easy commitment — 10 minutes of their time, an introduction, a referral, whatever it is… and then reciprocate again by giving more. The more you focus on giving, the more they’ll feel obligated to return the favor.
In summary, it’s not about you. Focus on how you can help them in a strategic way and they’ll be willing to go to the end of the world for you.
Hope this was helpful! Let me know if you have any questions :)

If you want to learn how to sell yourself,
You have to be the solution.
You see companies fill or create positions because they have problems they want to solve.
For instance, ineffective advertising or long customer-service lines. So prepare for an interview by identifying the problems hinted at the job ads. Then, prepare examples detailing how you'll solve those problems and how you've solved similar problems in the past.

2. Be specific
Avoid empty clichés.
You have to be prepared to back up your claims about your skills or characteristics with relevant and specific stories.
For example, don't just say you "work well with others"—talk about the types of teams you've worked with and what you've learned from them.
Or if you plan to say you're "detail-oriented," come to the interview prepared with a story about how your attention to detail saved a former employer money (or otherwise saved the day).

3. Prepare sound bites
Don’t forget to keep in mind that sound bites are also effective because they highlight your skills and past successes.
So prepare at least three to four sound bites so it's catchy and easy to remember.
For example, "I've designed logos for three Fortune 500 companies" or "My efficiency plan decreased product-delivery times by 15 percent without costing the company a cent."
When you're coming up with your sound bites, ask yourself, "What were my greatest accomplishments at my most recent job?" and "What sets me apart from other candidates?"

4. Prepare to talk about your resume
Your resume and cover letter will likely form an outline for at least part of your interview. Because a resume has to be brief, and says many things that could be elaborated on or explained in more detail.
Often a resume explains the "what"
Use the interview to talk about the "how," as well as the skills you gained, praise you received, and so on.

5. Be aware of nonverbal communication
You have to say a lot about yourself with nonverbal language: your posture and your facial expressions,
For instance. Sit up straight—leaning forward , as holding a briefcase or a purse on your lap.
Also, don’t forget to maintain eye contact when answering interview questions, and smile frequently.

6. Be positive
Avoid complaining about a former employer or laying blame at a former manager's feet.
Because doing it will make you seem difficult to work with (or disloyal). Even if you quit your last job in a rage because you had an incompetent manager, saying something like, "I felt I was ready for a more challenging position—like this one seems to be," turns a potentially interview-killing situation into something that makes you look very attractive to a hiring manager.

Do the task as best you can and think about what you say and do before, whilst, and after you do it. This is what they’ll judge you on.
By performing the actual task in a poorer way you can only give off the impression of incompetence. Let them decide how important your skills are, that’s their job. How vital your skills are to them is for them to decide. Making it appear even less important is never going to do any good.
Also, at the end of the day, I’m sure although they wouldn’t want it, would rather a cocky arrogant good worker than a really nice guy who can’t do the job. So it’s better to screw up and look self-absorbed than it is to screw up and look like you’re not fit for the job anyway when you actually are.

Perhaps you could start with a good resume or statement people can read before you interact. This will show them your capabilities without having to say them. Hopefully, people will use the documents as a means to begin conversing with you about. Don't be afraid to say I love my work but I don't talk about it much. Show your pleasure that they, stopped by. Good luck.

First you need to work on communication skills. Second thing how much u can say positive points about u. For example if you are freshers candidates you can say like that
I am good in team leader. During college time I was leading the team for final semester project. And I guide to my friends and help them regarding project details. I am from computer science branch or ( any other stream as well) so you not worry about that you should teach me data structure, algorithms, operating system and database. So I can save the time and money of the company. Mostly Companies wants to work hard and all but my perception is that we should learn first what exactly our clients needs that or our project after that I can do it before the deadline. I am honest, loyal and I am following time scheduling. Due to theis time schedule I forgot to have my lunch as well sometimes. I am always doing some research so that we can save the time and money of our company. My intention always there for the growth of the company because if our company growth is going better and our clients are happy then our employees will also happy. That's it.

I have some things to tell you
How to learn, How to sell ?
During the first four second of a meeting or a call you should show you intelligent enthusiasm and expertise.
keep the customer intrigued and spark their interest.
Convinced that he or she really needs a deal
Sell your vision of a more positive future
Collect information to understand your client
Explain more than once that product is stunning
competing on price is almost always a mistake
Practice your opening and make a connection with the customer
keep going !
THANK YOU ????
保持客户的兴趣,激发他们的兴趣;
确信他或她真的需要一笔交易;
推销你对更积极未来的愿景;
收集信息以了解客户;
不止一次地解释产品的惊人之处;
在价格上去竞争几乎总是一个容易犯的错误;
练习你的开场白,与客户建立联系;
加油!

I’m no psychologist but I know a lot of super-qualified people. In fact, I consider myself as one such person. And I tend to associate with many other successful people. The reason we are so confident about our professional capabilities is because we have them. We have been in countless business situations and always do good work. We have skills that will make people money.
So going back to you. Is your problem that you are worried about looking self-absorbed or are you not confident in yourself?
Let me give you a few examples…
Say you are a successful salesman and have made thousands of sales. If you applied to a sales job, you’d talk all about your successes and would be very confident in answering questions on selling that company’s products.
Say you are a successful programmer. You have developed a bunch of apps that have performed very well. If you interview to create an app for a new company, you’ll walk in with a plan to achieve their goals. You’ve done it many times before and you will easily be able to do it again.
In both of these examples, the applicant doesn’t look self-absorbed. An employer is looking for high value people. People that will earn them more than they’re being paid. So how is giving the employer what they want an example of being self-absorbed? It’s not. The employer has a job descxtion and need people that will fulfill it. Telling them how you will do it is EXACTLY what they want. A highly capable professional knows that. They sell their value because it’s a part of who they are.
So I’d really focus on your skills and experience. You can do that at my site - Reverse Tide Learning. And then we have resources to help you improve your resume, portfolio, and interview a lot better with the skills you have.
If it’s a confidence and not qualifications issue, we can help you with that as well. We can review your resume, do mock interviews, and really work with you on how you’re selling yourself.
A lot of people feel this way. They don’t want to brag. But it’s not bragging. Employers are paying a lot of money to find the right person. Telling them you’re the right person is what they want.
So going back to you. Is your problem that you are worried about looking self-absorbed or are you not confident in yourself?

1; there must be a sense of presence
"To be active in the company, join any club and activity that you are interested in.If you have a gym, you will have to go and have the task of volunteering to take the initiative and ask for new training.
2; participate in the competition, apply for awards
Many of us are taught to be humble, so joining the competition or applying for an award will seem that we want to tell the world that we are very good. However, in a professional environment, you really need to tell others that you are very good, otherwise they will never know.

3; put your achievements on social media (lixedIn, Facebook and Twitter, etc.)
One of the best ways to do this is to thank others for your achievements on your social media account. To do so, you are not promoting your achievements, but in the way of thanks to others by the way they mentioned them.
4; ready to introduce themselves
Have you prepared your story in advance? Because you may have repeated the story of someone else in the rest of your career. You have to be able to confidently talk about your work enthusiasm and career goals.

5; when asked what the problem, to answer
It is also a great time to talk about new projects or new jobs you want to try in the future. In this case, you will be remembered when you have the opportunity to appear.
6; put your achievements into the conversation at the right time
When you put your achievements in the conversation, you must start from the tiny. You can ask the boss to help you or ask someone for advice. To do so, you can let others know what you do at the same time to avoid preaching to others you are a superstar.

Hi there!
As a long time Amazon seller, I believe that finding a niche with low competition is very important. Unless you have a lot of money to spend to rank and do giveaways, competing with an ultra-competitive product (ie. bluetooth speaker), will be extremely difficult.
My colleagues are conducting a Live Webinar about the top 20 Hot product opportunities for selling on Amazon in 2019.
Hope this helps.
