Okay, okay. Usually it’s around eight, I jerk awake and sit upright in a panic as my alarm clock screams at me. I usually get up the first time it blares at me, I detest the in-and-out of sleep thing, I just want to get up and have it over with.
I drag my feet to the bathroom and look on in disgust at my hair hanging over my eyes, I don’t even brush it, just arrange it. Brushing your hair is for the weak. Maybe I’ll pin back my side bangs. I then decide on whether to wear glasses or contacts. Today, I choose contacts.
I put them in and start crying after I realize (through intense pain) that I need to wash them more thoroughly. Yes, I’m crying, there are tears streaming down my cheeks because that’s what happens when you put dirty contacts in.
After the whole contact-crisis is dealt with, I sometimes do my makeup. Which consists of clumpy mascara and overly-filled in eyebrows along with yours-truly desperately trying to wipe it all away. Wipe all the pain and failure away. Usually it works, usually. Sometimes I run out of makeup wipes and just have to look like a clown all day.
Finally I analyze my face and deem it acceptable. I secure the five pins in my hair and relish in the fact that I’m done doing my makeup and don’t have to obsess anymore. Ahh, the sweet release from obsessive-thinking hell. It’s a beautiful thing.
I change, throw an old sweatshirt over my shoulders and don’t eat as usual. I hate making breakfast. So I choose to starve all day because I’m an idiot.
And then our heroine happily skips off into the sunrise on her way to work.
Work? You ask. Yes, work. I’m homeschooled so I work on Tuesday mornings at my local church. I do school later.

Forgot to mention , I also reach Russia , health conscious people here drink a potato drink all day long.. once I had a fight with Siberians .. since then , I don't like going there… Some black magic here makes me say “we” instead of “I” every time I speak..

A country here misused my name in 19th and 20th century .. Though , I have sorted out things now.
Germans are also sweet , though small moustache are a bit scary.
I also reach Italy , Greece , Romania , Norway , Finland , etc.
I don't like visiting these countries much , but I visit them around july and August
Moving forward , I reach , USA , Canada , Mexico etc.
I also visit a land with white sheet of ice spreaded all over .Now comes my departure , I reflect my shine onto my brother and tell him now its his turn. Poor boy sleeps so much that he now have dark spots on his face .

6:00AM: alarm sounds. I turn it off, record my dream (if I had one) in the notes app on my phone, which will later be transferred to my dream journal. Then I go back to sleep.
6:15AM: second alarm sounds. I silently cry, but get up and change into the outfit I picked out the night before. Then I go to the bathroom, use the toilet, brush my teeth, wash my face, put in my contacts, take my hair out of my bun and brush it, and use the toilet again just in case. I carefully examine my appearance in the mirror. Then I go downstairs.
6:30AM: I greet my mother and thank her for making oatmeal and packing my lunch for me. I dump out my glass of water from the day before and refill it with fresh water. I go to the dining table and eat my oatmeal by myself, using my phone to study Spanish on Duolingo, scroll through Instagram, send “good morning” streaks to my friends on Snapchat, and/or text my friends.

6:57AM: I grab my backpack and violin case, yell at my sibling that we have to leave, and call “bye” to my father. My sibling and I leave the house through the garage door and head to our bus stop.
When we get on the bus, it’s often overcrowded, so sometimes I sit three-in-a-seat. And sometimes I fall off when the bus turns.
Oh well; it’s just another school day.

Have a quick 5 min shower and do other bathroom related things (clean teeth, moisturises face, pee obviously!)
At 6:20 I turn on my computer and open up 3D animation software. Work for an hour on things for uni or just fun side projects.
7:20 - Go through to kitchen, feed dog, take dog out quick walk, make sure dog has water.
7:40 - Leave for the train station
7:54 - Get on insanely crowded rush hour train.
8:34 - Arrive at Glasgow. Queue for 5 minutes to get through the turnstiles.
8:54 - After a tiring long walk in typical terrible Scottish weather, arrive at uni.
9:00 - Lectures start
10:30 - First break. Classroom turns into silence with everybody on their phones.
11:00 - Break over.
12:00 - Lunchtime!
1:00 - Afternoon lecture begins
4:00 - Uni is finally over
4:34 - Get on yet another insanely crowded train back to my small little town.
5:15 - Arrive back to the train station. Usually the weather has gotten worse now.
5:20 - Arrive back in my warm house after either being soaked or freezing from the gruesome wind/rain side effect of living by the seaside

I wake up at around 5.30 am every day.
I sit on the bed for the next two minutes and thank God for a new day of a healthy existence. (A new habit)
Next, I kiss my little one who would be fast asleep with his mouth wide open, the warm scent of his skin makes me high.
Then I walk towards the restroom, and my wife, who appears to be fast asleep.
I freshen up, wash my face, brush teeth and go outside for a mild walk in the garden, (as I am not fit enough for a brisk walk as of now.)
Feel inspired by the old people who irrespective of the season and time of the year, make the garden alive each morning by their energy, (surprisingly can't find any youngsters in the garden.)
The fresh air from trees is bliss. After walking for sometime, I sit on a bench, and close my eyes and concentrate on the centre of my nose and meditate for a few minutes.
The meditation time is a thoughts-free time, I simply concentrate and feel fresh.
After that I get back to the home where my mother would be preparing her tea, I say, ‘please make some for me also' and often my mother stares at me and says, ‘just two minutes ago, I put my tea on stove.'
Next, I enjoy my tea, and check Quora notifications and watch some news, simultaneously engage in general conversations with my grandfather.
Soon my kids wake up, wife gets ready, and the normal active day starts.
Over years, I have realised that a calm, soothing and happy start to a day is a success in itself.

5. Monday,Wednesday and Friday I walk to the office 3 miles away.
6. Tuesday and Thursday I use my car to go to the office. I go back to home midday, just in time to wait my neighbor which takes my dog to a walk in the morning (he's dog walker). After work, go to run in the night.
7. When I go walking to the office I get used to record my thoughts in my cellphone using a earphone with mic included. I usually get two different records: one registering what I achieved in the previous days and other for what I'm going to do to accomplish my goals. That usually clear my mind and allows me to be focused.
8. If I'm bored of talking I usually listen to some recorded eBook or motivational recorded talk. I decided skip music, that is much distracting for my taste.

PS : I make it a point to study all my subjects at least for half an hour and devote minimum 3 hrs to studies also never miss out on before sleep analysis of the day otherwise all study becomes pointless.

This is my first answer on Quora so please excuse me for any grammatical or spelling mistakes :P
Always start your day by remembering the person whom you love the most in your life(btw i love ma grandma), it maybe your parents or anyone who is not your temporary love(yes, you understand it right!!!)
I generally follow this schedule maybe it can help.
Drink 2 glass of water with empty stomach in morning. It helps in cleaning of your stomach
Freshen up and get into your shoes for some exercise or run(i prefer jogging) but i am trying to convert it into HIIT exercises. Morning run will help you to gain Vitamin D. Also if you are comfortable with yoga, go with it.
After you come back home, Dress up by taking a good shower and with all those aroma which you like to apply on your body( i mean perfumes) and shead towards your job/school/day routine.
Durring your commute always greet other people you meet with a smile, it helps in building a grea feeling inside you.
Note: Make it an initiative, Always target to help a 1 person daily(help could be of any type), if we; as indians achieve this target, the day is not far where we will support each other and no one will be in distress.
