Remove Useless Apps, Tabs and Clothes you do not wear - Every 3 months clean your desktop, cell phone and your closet of unused items. It will make you feel much better.
Spend 5 Minutes a Day Cleaning - That’s often enough to keep a relatively neat environment that will guide your productivity.
Engage with at least 1 Person further than you - Someone that is further towards a similar goal to yours. Engage with them, learn from them, and allow yourself to be pulled along with them.
Stick to your Choices - Not all will be great, and you will always miss out on something. Stick to the choice you make, suffer the consequences and learn to make better choices rather than avoiding bad consequences. This will keep you streamlined to positive results.

Totally agreed with the very first point. I have realized how my effectiveness gets affected when my sleeping schedule gets mixed up. Of course some professionals can not afford to do that because their presence and attention is needed All the time

When I was in 12th, I had to wake up early. So I drink 4 glass of hot water before sleep and it exactly help me to wake up at 5AM. If I drink 5 glass, I wake up at 4.
More number of glass water I will drink, as soon I will wake up at morning.
This actually works.
I don't use alarm because I love to wake up naturally, this creates more positivity at morning.

My only question is why our so called superior friend will accept my friendship..? ie he might be looking for someone more superior to him. No one wants to help a inferior guy in general. World is full of selfish people with very few exceptions,.. We have to be extremely lucky to get a good mentor who shows us the right path. In this divercified world even that is very difficult.

Break open your opinions. Your thoughts become biased when you have strong opinions about a topic. Consume podcast, books, media that go against your natural opinion. Whether it’s politics, self-help or assumptions about life.
Do a 10-minute breathing exercise. You can do deep breaths, or specific exercises like alternate nose breathing. It will enhance your awareness and trigger the parasympathetic nervous system (healing).
Tai Lopez's Reading Rule. Speed read 30-minutes a day. It's 10-min for classic old books, 10-min for new business books, 10-min for a famous biography. You can spread them out at morning, noon and night.

Sleep early and wake up early before sunrise.
Pick up pen and paper and write down do able agenda of day point wise and imagine how day has to go. Stick on your best and complete the list by end of day.
Exercise daily - best to do in morning as you get up. Feel the sweat, pain in abs, hunger in stomach - you will thoroughly enjoy the meal.
Meditate - think daily what's bothering you in daily life, at college/work, at home, situations and think how you can sort them out. Think yourself how much of it matters and how much it doesn't.
Write down about your own self once a week, as how it went, what you learned, how you were treated by others, how you treated others, were you happy or sad and why. Analyze and just put down on notes.
Eat healthy - learn about various diets and food habits. Understand your body, your appetite, your sleep.
Understand your finances - save 25 % or that feasible % of salary every month as soon as money is credited. Learn to manage life with the remaining.

Record your holidays of year and book tickets much advance if you are into lot of travels.

Eat healthy - learn about various diets and food habits. Understand your body, your appetite, your sleep.

I’ve spent 3 years now making experiments on myself, seeking what things make me productive, and what’s draining my energy.
Here’s my personal list of what’s helping me being productive.
Thinking about my goal : every morning, my first thought is what I want to be, who I want to become. Visualizing yourself in 10, 20 years is a way to put your body at work.
Waking up and sleeping early : i’m a morning person. I’m the guy that lives from 5 AM to 10 P.M. Being early allows me to schedule my day, taking time for studying, working, doing sport, and doing hobbies.
Not doing anything related to sex : keeping your sexual energy, or as Napoleon Hills says, transmuting, helps me a lot focusing on what’s important.
Having a good diet : there’s a lot of junk food everywhere, and eating it is just putting your body to work much more (junk food is hard to digest, and it doesn’t bring you the nutrients you need). I’m following a vegetarian diet.
Putting on a list everything I have to do : rather than doing things as I feel it, i’d rather put things on a list, at night before sleeping. This helps me identifying problems i’ll have to solve and eventually solve them while sleeping. Thomas Edison said that no one should go to sleep without having a request for the subconscious to solve.
Doing sport : you’re eliminating toxins when doing sport, be it running, or working out, or whatever you want to do. This allows you to be more focused.
I’ll add things on the go as I discover successful habits. But these definitely are the golden ones.
