I like Amy’s videos but I think Derk is like the MSG which adds more flavour to the already tasty video. Keep going Amy and Derk. I never liked the traditional flavour mooncakes except for the southern style which has flaky pastry and meat filling. But some modernised mooncakes I’ve tried are very nice although they may not be considered as real mooncakes by the older generations.

There''s many more types with different shells and fillings, sweet or savory. There''s no "traditional" ones as you stated, but what''s traditional to the different areas in China.
