The portions are much smaller, and people usually eat it with chopped pork/mushroom, fried shallots, local sausage and fish sauce. Another version can be found in the far north provinces (those that border China) where it it serve with an egg and bone broth. Both are equally delicious

Guangxi should be well known for its mifeng, which is different from the typical Cantonese style thin rice noodle.
