Planning. If you get into a deep panic, then a detailed plan or checklist will get you out of it. Work in very small basic steps and put in “do” and “check” steps.

Know when your bucket is full. Mental health has been a real focus during and post the pandemic. People were getting bullied in their own homes when working remotely. Be aware of when your mental bucket is getting full. Maybe you need some tools that work for you, even if it’s going into counter-panic mode with planning.
Listen. Two ears and one mouth. Most problems are people problems and are very personal. Listen to them and you might discover you have a quiet and shy expert who has not been given space to express their concerns. Be kind.

Numbers and key performance indicators. Work out which matter to your business and then monitor them. These are only useful if you know how to react to them and if they are recorded correctly. Reconcile your bank accounts, cash, cards etc and read those trial balances with an understanding.
Delegate. One day you will find that your collection of tasks becomes more than you have capacity for. This involves losing a little control, but it is the end of level bad guy.
Put your phone down. Block out anything but critical business stuff and be there with your family.
Remember, it’s all about people. Hoarding all the gold, awards and properties is zero, unless you can pass it on and be happy and kind.

1. Healthy nutrition lifestyle - Eat the right foods in the right amount at the right time prepared in a healthy manner. The right foods have no added sugar, no added salt, and no processed foods with omega-6 fats. Good foods include fiber and omega-3 fats.
2. Sleep 8.0 hours every night - It’s for high performance, creativity, and being kind to others. Having 8.0 hours of sleep every night is the best thing you can do for yourself. Here’s why: You need 6.0 hours to recharge the brain energy that is used up during the day. You need 2.0 hours for feelings from the heart with kindness and for the frontal lobe for doing what’s right.
3. Exercise 1.0 hours every day. One hour of exercise will provide energy for the entire day. Mix it up with walking, running, treadmill, swimming; weights for all muscle groups; yoga stretches; cross-fit; and group classes.

This can be difficult when you’ve lost your job, a close relationship, or your income; however, this is the time more than ever that you need to maintain high-level happiness. Try being grateful for the people in your life. Be grateful for being alive because you can still be creative and engage in life. Give outside yourself. Volunteer. Help others. It’s good for your health and feels good.
5. Learn something new every day. Learn something outside your daily work and home life. Over the years, you’ll learn new ways to live a healthy life.
6. Have compassion for yourself and others. Be kind to yourself, especially during troubling times. Think from the heart with kindness for yourself and others.
7. Positive communication is essential for a healthy life. This means both participants feel better after an interaction with no put-downs, no one-ups, and no destructive comments. Consider other people’s feelings with your comments, no one likes to feel weak or frail because of comments that you think may be helpful.
8. Have meaning in your life. Help others. Volunteer. Do something that you don’t get paid for. You’ll discover that it feels good. Give without expecting anything in return. This is thinking from the heart with kindness and giving.

Learn to stop thinking from the stress center about yourself, the more you become your true self. You’re allowed 6 to 8 seconds in these two locations, then think from one of the other four locations - the heart, the gut, the body, or the mind. Think from the front of the brain doing what’s right. Think from the heart with kindness and giving. Think from the mind with courage, creativity to solve problems and help others, innovation to improve people’s lives, and success.

I didn’t need 10 habits to become wealthy.
I only need 4 good habits:
Practical wisdom. I spent my youth seeking wisdom , the ability to make the right decisions, for the right reasons. If you can develop this one habit, you will be a winner in life because everything you do in life requires you to make decisions, the right decisions if you want to be successful.
Work. Some people have the false idea that they can be successful with work. Work is a requirement for success. You receive income through your work. And you have to develop the right habit for work. You must give at least a 100% to you work and produce a high quality work product. That’s the kind of work that will produce high income.
Savings. You must save a good portion of your income. People who become wealthy save a lot money.
Reading. You need to read daily, something about world news, something about money and finances, some books about successful entrepreneurs. I became a builder by reading books on building. No one taught me how to build. I learned how to buy stocks by reading books about stock investing. I learned how to make apartment complexes investing by reading books on apartments investing. I discover many stocks to invest in by reading Yahoo Finance, Barron’s, Market Watch, etc… You must read if you want to be successful.

Here are my favorite habits for achieving better results:
1. Focusing on the big picture. Whenever I'm faced with a problem or a challenge, instead of getting hung up on tiny details, I try to take a step back and think about how this issue fits into the bigger picture. This helps me focus on what's really important, and stay motivated even when things get tough.
2. Setting goals and deadlines. It's essential to always have clear goals in mind whenever you're working towards something important. What do you hope to accomplish? What time frx do you have in mind for reaching those goals? Having tangible benchmarks makes it much easier to stay focused and motivated along the way.

1.Never give up: no matter how you feel, get dress up, show up and never give up.
2. Keep self motivation: Self motivation will keep you going while you dont have someone to motivate you, but you have yourself You are your own hero and be captain of your life.
3. Be consistent: Success people will keep thing consistency, they don't follow the emotion but they follow rule or keep regulate their habit.
4. Always do your best: Always try your best , so you won't feel any regret.

Pirority: making my work priority and other things aside that can be anything which is important for your life .
Don’t open in front of others : Some things are meant to be confidential and nobody should know anout that , don’t circulate or tell to publuc about this , learn to use your enemy . stay a mystery.
Self work : Doing your own work without angny assistance will help to realise that you are enough to handle different problems which you incur in your life, try to be alone for some period and enjoy its results in future.
