I have been working out for over 45 year I also train in martial arts and box. To add to this older people were raised in a time we’re fighting was very common. I've lived in both Monterey Park and Alhambra and it's still so eerie to me seeing these towns make international headlines. Both neighborhoods are predominately Asian and welcoming communities. It's so troubling and devestating to process this taking place, and by an Asian elder no less. This country needs stricter gun laws and to make mental health care more accessible to everyone. Thank you Brandon for your heroic act. I can only imagine how overwhelming it must be to go from civilian one day to "hero" the next. He shouldn’t have to be brave like this, no one should. He was just celebrating the Lunar New Years as a normal civilian. It says a lot that we already have a mass shooting and it’s not even the end of January. This will be with him for the rest of his life and will need some support I’d imagine.
