I have these suggestions.
Vote for politicians who will work for everyone once they are in office. Not just for their traditional identity group - religion, caste, tribe, language, region, whatever. This will mean lower focus on divisive traditional identity issues, and more on economic growth.
Understand that India has a long way to go but can become an economic star within your lifetimes. Right now, India is 30–40 years behind China. It will take that long to catch up. Within your lifetime.
Get yourself the best education possible. You are no longer limited to your local teachers. The internet is at your command. Use it.
Most important: Enjoy your youth! There are many responsibilities ahead of you. Lots of hard work. Lots of things to do. So, this is the time to have fun. Don’t miss it now. It will keep you going in the future. You don’t need all sorts of things to have fun. When I was young, we did not have all the things you have. When my father was young, he did not have all the things I had. Both of us enjoyed our young days. So should you.

GDP per capita of China is $10k and if they grow by 10% , translates to $1000 per person. On other hand India per capita GDP is $2000 and 10% growth translates to $200 .

As if voters had any choice. Not a single candidate is good in any election, none even out of 150 candidates at a ward. It is not his fault because good person would not survive in Indian politics
In next 30 or 40 years, China would also progress, so catching China is already missed, never would happen if even India started to sprint today (a big IF)

We gujaratis have a mindset of never working for others rather let’s make our own business this needs to be implemented in all over the country thats all folks i guess there won't be any crisis of jobs afterthat

Keep away all means of becoming rich overnight and try to earn your livelihood by doing some product-ible jobs. Don’t feel shy to get employed by self in agriculture or small retail business and don’t rush for Govt. jobs only.
Keep aside the habit of gossiping with fellow members and wasting time, don’t try to be burden of your parents, don’t try to become luxurious beyond your earnings and show artificial richness to your opposite sex.
For married youth: Don’t go for children more than two. Try to educate those two children with the values of mankind additionally to the normal school/college education. Save for future and live with gadgets which are just utmost necessary for a healthy living.
