Koreans claim to be discriminated in other countries based on their race but how they treat other races who come to their countries to contribute to their tourism sector. People want respect but don't want to give respect. They don't have empathy & broad-mindedness but they expect sympathy for how they are treated in other places. This isn't fair. Looks like they've forgotten that history when they were treated harshly & brutally by outside forces.

Same applies to Indians. The people who complain here seem to forget that India is a caste-based color-discriminating society. Since they insist on such a rigid hierarchy within their own society, why do you complain that others do not treat you as equals?

As a Filipino living in Germany, I'd never, trust Koreans and I would never ever visit that Country, although I've seen many Koreans living in my home country thru YouTube, and besides,Filipinos help them during the Korean War and sacrifices for thier lives, Koreans have serious racial discrimination against Filipinos.

I'm African American from the United States and I can tell you that there's racism here, but there's racism all over the world, and you can't stop it. When Koreans come to the U.S., they come into a rude awakening because they find out that America isn't what they see on TV.

The problem is that the racism is a part of human instinct. It goes back to our self-preservation and survival instincts: not trusting anything that is different from us. That's why people think racism is hard to disappear; there will always be a distrust of anyone that doesn't look like us. This distrust sometimes turns into a feeling of superiority, inferiority or even hatred.
