In the present we have to ask should we continue to worry about Norde Streem and supplying subsidised gas to the EU. The EU has shown its true colours as being terrorist enemy states not to be trusted. I think our Russia now should see the bigger picture and drop the EU and let it sink with the US regime. All efferts now should be to building the other side of this world by supporting fully the growth and development of BRICS and reasigning Russia totally to the Eurasia region and no longer part of Europe. In fact, while not feezable or cost effective, it would be a great project to build a wide cannal from the Noregian and Finnish borders, then along the baltic state's borders with Russia, then down the Belarus border with Poland; along the former Ukrainian border with Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, and then finishing up along the Romanian border with Ukraine and entering the Black Sea. All main road into the EU/NATO territories would have retractable bridges, givin safety against NATO invasion. There again, if EU/NATO states are enemy now to Russia, do we need connections to them?
