Honestly, the reason why there are no mass shootings in other countries is because the country banned guns. Or need a license to own one. Not more than 2 guns are allowed when you have a gun license. There are also monthly/ yearly check-up if you own a registered gun.

@Iggy waw. we all have ennemies and we arent freaking fearing them to live in paranoa night and day. if they come we will then prepare our selves before that we prefer to live safely. isnt little children killed enough, those babies were american too. am far from usa and wont live in usa but tbh i feel pain for those children or teenagers..killed and am more sad toward their parent, how should they feel they were all dreaming for a succeful daughter or son and now all the dream prepared since years destroyed in fes seconds

That 18 year old would probably have tried to do the same thing here, but most likely it wouldn't have been so easy and with so many victims.

That goes for protection, too. Less guns, less likely to be in a situation with guns. You have other means of protection. How about using those?

First and foremost, my deepest condolences to the parents who lost their children in this incident.
To answer Mr. President's question, "why is this massacre rarely happens in any other countries, with the frequency of which happening in US?", is because IMO, no other countries allow their ordinary citizen to possess, let alone wield guns, even small arms fire. As far as i know, US is the only country that allows its citizens to possess gun (and maybe some other countries in Europe), which i think for self defense purposes. Sadly, this also comes with the risk of people who will misuse guns, like in this incident.
