But at that time not even all the Chinese knew people from Qingdao drink beer in bag, so we didnt get to try it, just sad.

Brewery supplies the beer before that step to local market since locals prefer the thicker and fresher taste. Therefore this beer is only good for one day, it goes bad very quick. Brewery supplies this kind of beer in buckets directly from factory to restaurants and stores, and locals buy the beer made fresh on their way home after work and drink it right away, so a short expiration date is not a problem.
