I don't know where you are but I'm in silicon Valley, and while it's true that a lot of Indians are nice people the ones that aren't are the absolute worst people in the area. It's not uncommon to run into Indian men who's families are rich and 'high caste' back in India, and that particular group produces some of the most absolute piece of shit people I've ever met, I didn't even understand what was going on till I dated an Indian girl and she explained to me what their problem was. I've run into a lot of assholes (and great people) of all nationalities but some of the indian guys I've run into in management positions treat their subordinates worse than anyone I've ever come accross. It's probably because a lot of them come over here on H1B visa's as proffessionals rather than coming over as regular immigrants so it tends to be people from wealthy backgrounds rather than the more down to earth groups that just want better opportunities for a worthwhile life.
