"Kitten giving kisses" sounds better than "Young cat mistakes humans face for it's mother's teet and tries to suck milk from her cheek while the human assumes it's affection." Lol.

Some areas, such as their own faces, ears and the tops of their heads, are difficult for cats to clean, and they will rely on a buddy or sibling to lend a tongue." When I saw the video I assumed the kitten was cleaning her.

Because cats clean themselves and other cats mainly by lickling, this kitten is trying to nurse while kneading her face, the kneading is done to stimulate milkproduction from the mother. The cat is content, shows affection etc.
