Maybe they tought that only the children of the Revolutionary Guards attented the school, which is not the case. And that was the reason for the second tab 40 minutes later, which was supposed to kill the rescuers/the members of the Revolutionary Guards.
And I do not mean this as an excuse.
But even If it was not deliberate but "just" incompetence, I hope there will be serious consequences.
