It seems like the title is quite misleading...
At first I thought that the train uses no power at all. However, from my understanding, it turns out that the "no power" part was how the train can float without the electricity having to generate a magnetic field, the train movement itself still needs power.
So, that means, if the power is cut out the train can't move but still floats, whereas in traditional maglev train the train won't move and float.
