I left California 4 years and a half years ago for the Midwest. I am quite happy not dealing with the politically based perception of social justice, and I'm allowed to live my life the way I see fit. For others who are leaving these failing city-states, I have one word of advice. Leave your party there, leave your problems there, leave your perceptions of what's right and wrong there, because obviously they have not worked.

What ever happened to bringing in the suspect to the precinct and having a line-up where the victim or witness can identify them? This story shows the police being derelict in their duty. They might as well close the precinct. Or at least they should replace the command staff and supervisors.

This is what has become of America. Protection for the criminal but not the decent American. And we are subsidizing this. There has to be an end to this, a trigger where enough is enough. I am ready for it. A rancher in Arizona protects his ranch and is charged with murder but no consequences for the aliens. That is why we are not acting.

we are minutes away from the return of organized vigilantes. They were formed historically, for the exact same reasons. NO ONE is there to protect you; you must protect yourself. The county where I live, there are areas that YOU MUST CARRY LOADED FIREARMS JUST TO GET FUEL AND FOOD. YOU CAN'T go into those areas unprotected and someone MUST stay in your vehicle. Sad really, with the amount of taxes paid......
