@jakedee4117 It's videos like that which make me appreciate men like Colonel Harlan Sanders of Kentucky Fried Chicken even more. He wasn't just a successful businessman and restauranteur, he also invented machines, like his high pressure oil cooker that allowed people to deliver large quantities of hygienically clean, tasty and cheap food to the public. There are legitimate criticisms to be made of American style fast food, obesity is a real problem, but it's got to be better than THAT! Those food processing technologies were invented more than 70 years ago and you don't need to buy into a MacDonalds or KFC franchise to get them, just study them and copy them, you can still keep your curry spices if you like. Again and again we see that India, for no good reason at all, is decades behind.
