Rupala, in response, said the government has already written to NGO Welthungerhilfe, which compiled the report, expressing concerns about their methodology and accuracy of data, and is yet to hear from them.

Let's repeat this - GHI has NOTHING to do with hunger! It depends on NUTRITION and weight of people! When people eat only not so nutrient rich food like Rice and Wheat,their hunger is satisfied BUT nutrition isn't. Why do you think people in villages still have vitamin deficiency?

@Vivek Kumar ..... yes that’s an issue.... we are talking about hunger in our country..... which the west likes to exaggerate...... our extravagant lives seems to makes these westerners envious......... even petty doctors are driving bmw ...our glorious actors have Maserati.... rolls ..... poverty in India is hardly there ..... it shouldn’t be discussed so much

If this report was correct than bjp should get 282 to 28 from 2014 to 2019 but may be this report was wrong as per my personal experience people gets regular ration after lixage of ration card with aadhar quality of grains can be debatable
