10月9日，全球首个顺岸开放式全自动化集装箱码头在山东港口日照港投产运营。在传统码头基础上，山东港口日照港通过“自主创新 国产技术”，建成以“远控岸桥、自动化轨道吊、无人集卡”为基本布局的全自动化集装箱码头。该码头首次将“北斗 5G”和中国国产码头操作系统TOS应用到作业全过程，实现了厘米级精度操作，综合运行成本大幅降低

IMHO should be titled close to Fully automation with 4 cargo operators.
When there's no need for continuous human control but AI then it's perhaps appropriately classified as fully automated.

you don't have to worry , the chinese next generation work force will work in tech developent and export their experties all over the world , meanwhile in the west , drivers and loaders will still be doing the same job, but for much much less money and deeper into debt.. keep an eye out , you will see.
