Far too many things to list, so I’ll pick just one, the humble electrical plug.
In Britain we use 240v, in America you use 120 volts
Every individual plug has a fuse inside it, in Britain, this is in addition to the household Fusebox (Consumer unit)
Our live plug pins are coated with a nonconductive material, so you cannot get a shock if you accidently touch the live pin, whilst it is being inserted into the socket
The wiring inside the plug means that if you pull the lead past breaking point, on a British lead, the live wire disconnects before the Earth (Ground), so you remain protected at all times

Standards of education. The UK education system is better than the USA's, perhaps with the exception of some Ivy League Universities…but we've got Oxford and Cambridge. The fact that some schools teach creationism instead of evolution, and don't allow sex education is astounding.
Human rights. We have less people per capita incarcerated, no death penalty either. We're not slowly banning abortion. We've not tried to ban Muslims from entering our country. Our police don't shoot people if scared if them.
Clean water. How is it that Flint Still doesn't have clean drinking water?
I think I've named enough.

having spent time in both countries, working for UK and USA based IT companies i’d say this:
We’re by no means perfect, but I think the UK is one of the most tolerant and integrated countries in the world when it comes to race/colour/sex/sexual preference and religion. Yes the change hurts sometimes but I am proud to be British today because of these values, not because we won some war 100 years ago!
I am proud that refugees and asylum seekers want to come here, because they know we’ll help them.
I didn’t find the above to be true for the USA. Listen it’s better than many countries of course, but compared to the UK, it’s far less integrated and certainly more divided and closed to the world in all cases above.

Is Great Britain as technologically advanced as the United States?
The US is the most technologically advanced nation there ever was, so obviously not! I had the privilege of living there for 4 years in the 90s. It was a little like a sci-fi movie when someone gets transported to the future - I would just wander about gazing at the technological marvels that surrounded me. Just to pick out some of the highlights:
1) Domestic life - I was once visiting a friend’s house and their mother happened to be loading clothes into the washing machine. She turned to me and said, “Do you have washing machines in Scotland?” Obviously, I was forced to admit, that no we didn’t. Instead we just went down to the river and bashed our clothes off rocks to clean them.
2) Transport - I spent two weeks in the lovely town of Columbia. Missouri. There I amazed the locals with my insistence on using a strange outmoded form of transport known as “walking”. Locals would slow down as they passed in their modern cars, pointing and laughing. To them, it must have been like watching a live action version of the Flintstones.
3) Voting – would you believe it, but in the UK we still vote by drawing a little X next to the candidate we want to vote for. No sign of the advanced electronic voting they have over in the states. Indeed, we are so old fashioned that we haven’t even outsourced our voting to the Russians yet!
4) Guns – It may be hard for an American to believe but almost nobody in the UK owns their own guns. This means that if we have to rise up and overthrow our own government (currently seems like a good plan) then we will be armed with nothing more than some particularly well sharpened sarcasm.
Still, perhaps one day we can hope to be as advanced as the US. And there is some hope, as we now have our very own version of Donald Trump as PM!

I am first generation American, my father was from London, met the woman who would become Mom on the boat on the way over in the 1950s… and as a result I had a childhood that involved time in America and England.
And the British (and, honestly, Europeans in general) do TV sports coverage far better than the beer commercial infused American sports coverage. Maybe in part because the sports doesn’t have so many pauses that are enablers of commercial breaks.
But the result is undeniable… it’s more pleasant to watch sports on TV in the pubs in England than it is to watch sports on TV at the bar in America.

Plenty. There is of course a lot America does better than us too, but that's a different question.
Healthcare - The NHS is flawed but it has managed to work so far, and I know most Brits wouldn't trade it for the world. Everyone should have the right to healthcare free at the point of use.
Police - Our police are some of the most friendly and professional in the world. It is very rare that a police officer kills anyone, due to the fact that they are mostly unarmed. They are approachable, and are considered a public service, not an occupying force to be scared of.
The English language - What language are we talking about again? We created this wonderful language and as such we spell 'colour' correctly. Joking aside though, you Americans are more than willing to admit that you absolutely adore the way we speak our shared language. So much so in fact, that American girls tend to fall in love with a British guy as soon as he says something, demonstrated most recently by Prince Harry himself of course, who is now engaged to the American girl Meghan Markle. Thank you by the way, it is just amazing how many Americans, especially girls, have complimented my accent and the way I speak!
Gun control - We took decisive action after the Dunblane shooting to make sure that would never happen again. Gun crime still happens, and despite being on the rise it is still very small. While I do agree with President Trump that our government should do far more about Islamic terrorism, I do find it a little hypocritical of him when he hasn't done anything about mass shootings in his country.
Politics- I do think your politics is more entertaining than ours, but there are some aspects of politics which aren't an issue on this side of the pond. Everyone agrees guns should be off our streets, healthcare should be free at the point of use, abortion should be allowed.

Motor cars, chocolate, pubs/bars and police seem like the obvious answers. American motor cars are just shocking in design, look, performance and economy. A lot of American chocolate uses old milk and literally tastes like vomit due to the presence of butyric acid, a chemical you find both in American chocolate and worldwide vomit. American bars feel like seedy dens that you just wouldn't want to go into, also they have far too much neon and sports on TV. Motor cars, chocolate, pubs/bars and police seem like the obvious answers. American motor cars are just shocking in design, look, performance and economy. A lot of American chocolate uses old milk and literally tastes like vomit due to the presence of butyric acid, a chemical you find both in American chocolate and worldwide vomit. So England had an empire and was accepted as a world leader for hundreds of years without screwing up too much but the States doesn't have an empire, has been a world leader for a few decades only and spends most of its time trying to unscrew its international mistakes, well, too bad...get over it.
The states has money, buddy, money isn't everything. You just wish you could live like we do without aggression, without fear, without unreasonable prejudice, with stable institutions...man I could go on for ages, but I won't, because I don't want to rub your nose in what you are missing out on by not being a Brit, and instead being a "colonial".

Healthcare: No one in the UK is going to lose their home because they got ill.
Gun Control: In 2019, 73% of killings in the US were with guns, in Britain, 4%
Workers' Rights: In the US, employers can fire anyone at any time for no reason, and are not compelled to offer paid holidays. In the UK, workers have a right to a minimum number of paid days off, many employers grant more than the minimum. Financial help when sick or unemployed, and Brits enjoy job security that requires employers to pretty much jump through hoops to fire an employee.
Policing: In the UK police officer undergo a strict sextion criterea and undergo up to three months of intense training, the US employs thugs and give them guns. British police uphold the law, American police enforce it.
Education: No commentary is necessary here, it’s pretty much self-evident.
I’ll leave it there, I don’t want to get too patriotic or I may start getting the urge to put a unx Flag up outside my house.

Although this is a ridiculous question, I’d like to share my personal experience on this.
Public transport, UK public transport may not be the best on the planet, but is far better than say US. They got buses, trams, underground, and trains that almost reach every corner of the island. Despite the low speed and sometimes obsolete vehicles, UK public transport at least allows me to travel around the whole nation without a car. In US, I will have to buy a car.
Public security. The worst case I’ve experienced in UK was someone blocked my way and asked for cash while in US, I’ve been robbed and possibly been followed before I noticed him.
Attitude towards Chinese. This is subjective, I admit in US, there are many nice people who are willing to make friend with me. But in UK, apart from some drunk guys, most UK people, especially the elderly and well-educated ones are really kind to me. I haven’t been harassed nor insulted in UK by now.

Brits are also exceptionally good at comedy. Then there’s the NHS, which manages to be both better and worse than US health care at the same time.

Complete emergency treatment, which included blood work and tests, x-rays, and medication, was completely free. This is true to anyone from anywhere with any immigration status. I never even saw a bill, feel I got excellent treatment and didn’t even have to wait that long. Hospitalization is a different story, but free emergency care is something I think Britain does better than the U.S.

Other than that, I would say that Britain and Canada and Australia and most European countries do just about everything better than the United States. And we don’t feel the need to constantly compare ourselves to other countries.
