Why even bother to hire if you will retire them at the end of 4yrs with no benefit at all? For my indian friends just don't go to military as you will not get a benefits that fits the hardship of your work. You might die from your work and yet they don't wanna give what is due to you.

Doesn't matter if it is under communism or democracy, the fact is people will always complain about something but these people aren't likely going to do anything if they're living comfortably. lol. I think this is a job recycling scheme, because there are too many young poorly uneducated people with no prospect of getting a job. So the government recycle the same military job every four years, to get more people 'employed'. But I think Modi really need to think again about this scheme. What do you think massive number jobless young people with military skills but no pension will do? Haha. Many of Modi's 'reform' schemes has been huge failures and embarrassments, but this one will be the most damaging to his country.
