While this may make the South Korean president look bad, I mean this when I say this, I think all of the U.S., if not, most of the citizens of the U.S. completely agree with him. The U.S. congress seems to never ever get anything done. When they do get something done, it is usually not in the interests of the citizens, but instead in the interests of who will make the most money for the U.S. economy. While that isn't necessarily a bad thing, it is bad that they usually don't help the people (who they are supposed to be representing) first.
