If it were up to me, the death penalty laws would be rewritten to say that it applies only in those cases where there is no doubt that the accused did the crime, IE video of the accused offing someone or other irrefutable and verifiable evidence. Otherwise, give them a true life sentence; IE an order of 100 years be served before parole can be considered.
