So when China announces protection of its frail sections of economy such as the Chip industry after US and EU sanctions, the COLLECTIVE WEST raised their arms. Since the end of WW 11, the US introduced Marshall program to help Europe and US AID program to help some of the countries in Asia and Africa. These programs were prepared in a manner that a good section of their aid went back to America in form of hiring American retirees at high salaries and benefits and purchasing American built equipment for their projects. Thus leaving the recipient countries in kind of a mess. The US used these opportunities to set up cells that would serve their interests when called upon.
