There's a difference from prototypes and at scale manufacturing. 1 or 2 is typically for prototypes, China showed dozens. China also won't make those demonstrations as a center piece unless it's already past the prototype phase. That means production lines are likely there or very close to mass production, the demonstrations are the marketing tool for potential buyers.
