I think it is better for South Korea to foster a healthy relationship with their brothers North Korea. Ukraine should do the same with Russia. Taiwan should do the same with China. So America has alot of bases around the world, means alot of stockpile of its weapons. So if when numbers start running low in war zone, migrate stockpile from other bases with lower risk. By time the overall depletion becomes a problem, the war machine is already running and manufacturing more than needed...
