If someone tells you that they want to immigrate forever to Korea, South what would you say to them?
As someone who hopes to be living in South Korea for about a year an a half, I would ask them a number of questions.
Have they visited before, do they know anyone there, do they have job prospects or school lined up, do they understand Korean?
Korea is a cool place to vacation and Seoul is a well run city, but living and working in Seoul is different from sightseeing Seoul. Immigration is harder than you would think unless you want to do the 90-day visa run indefinitely, an if you do, you can't get a domestic bank account and you can only purchase (legally) 90 day sim cards for your phone.
So, to summarize, I would ask them how much homework they have done before making this decision. If they have prepared fully, then more power to them.

If someone tells you that they want to immigrate forever to Canada, what will you say to them?
WINTER! We have winter here and if you are not used to it, winter weather will be quite a shock. Winter lasts approx. 4–5 months depending on where you live. You would need to buy winter boots, gloves, scarves, a winter coat and snow tires for the car.
Our prices are higher, because the Canadian exchange rate is higher than the US rate. I checked this morning and the exchange rate is 1.25% which means, if something costs $100 in the States, it would cost $125 in Canada.
Our taxes are double. Depending on where you live, people are required to pay GST (Goods & Services Tax) on everything from toilet paper to groceries. Provincial Taxes are paid to which ever Province you live in. Federal taxes are double in Canada, to provide funding for welfare, unemployment, health-care spending, military, salaries for government employees, roads & highways, infrastructure, federal buildings, etc.
Immigration isn’t as easy as people think. You must to have a skill or academic degree that will be seen as worthwhile in Canada. You also must have enough money to support yourself and your family, before you can cross the border. You must have a job, already lined up and a ‘sponsor’ someone who vouches for your character.
Regardless of what you see in movies, Canada is NOT a haven for criminals. We do not harbor criminals or allow them to hide in Canada. Border crossing into Canada is extremely difficult and if you have a criminal past, they will NOT let you in.
We speak English in Canada. Only one Province speaks French exclusively, and that would be Quebec. However, we are considered a bilingual country; both English and French speaking. However, unless you live in Quebec, most people just speak English and/or their native tongue.

We are a multi-cultural country. Everyone is welcome, all ethnic backgrounds, religious backgrounds, race, country of origin, all are irrelevant. If you can sustain a living and pay taxes, we are open to ALL races of people.
I can’t say there isn’t racism or prejudice, but most of the time, we are accepting of all races of people. Where I live, we have a family of Black people across the street and we are friendly. On our left, lives a family from the Philippines, also super nice & friendly. Canadians are very accepting of other cultures and races.
Canada, as they say, is very polite and friendly. Our crime rate is substantially lower than the USA, and we have very large cities; both Toronto and Vancouver have populations of over 4 million people.
We have a universal Health-care system. Income taxes are deducted from each paycheck and that money goes to the government, where they deposit a significant amount to the health-care spending account. So, everyone in Canada can receive free health-care. If your have a baby - free, if you need prescxtion drugs - free, if you break your leg and need a cast - free, if you have a life-threatening disease - free, if you need to stay at the hospital for any reason - free, need to go visit the Doctor - free.
Things that you would have to pay for; anything consisted cosmetic or elective surgery. Want a breast augmentation, you would pay, you want a face-lift or liposuction, you would pay.
Canada is bigger than the USA. According to Google; Canada is 9,984,670 square kilometers (vs) USA which is 9,833,517 square kilometers. Canada has less people. According to Google; Canada has a population of 36.95 million and the USA population is at 327.16 as of 2018.
Metric System; we use the Metric system in Canada, like most of the rest of the world.
We have towering snow-covered mountains and dark green valleys. We have clear blue lakes and millions of hectares of deep green forest. Our drinking water is crystal clear and fresh. Deer will come right into your backyard to eat grass. You could live in the country and not see another house for miles.
Canada is amazing!

If someone tells you that they want to immigrate forever to New Zealand what would you say to them?
Thanks for the A2A. Keep in mind that New Zealand’s Immigration policy targets skilled migrants. To migrate to New Zealand, you have to have a skill or qualifications that will allow you to contribute to the New Zealand economy. Keep in mind that the job market in New Zealand is smaller compared to bigger countries like Australia or the United States. The cost and standard of living in New Zealand can also be high as well.
To live and work in New Zealand society, it is important to learn English. English may not be the official language but it is the language of government, business, education, and public life. English-language fluency will help with your Immigration to NZ. Maori and New Zealand Sign Language are official languages. There are efforts to revive Maori but a large number of New Zealanders are not fluent in it. There are some ethnic community media with languages such as Chinese, Arabic, and Hindi.
For certain occupations such as doctors and dentists, the New Zealand health authorities do not recognize all foreign qualifications and experiences. There have been cases of foreign-trained professionals, mainly from developing countries, having to find work as taxi drivers or grocery shop owners. New Zealand may not be the land of plenty for everyone.
Besides the Skilled Migrant Category Visa, there are a range of other residency visas including family reunification, long term skill shortage, investor, refugee, and certain visas targeting sext Pacific countries. New Zealand also has an annual refugee quota with certain conditions.
Keep in mind that the New Zealand immigration system does not always get things right. There has been the recent case of a Ukrainian family called the Shchetkovas who have started a successful business in Auckland’s St Heliers suburb. Despite creating a successful business that brings jobs to the local economy, they have been unable to upgrade their business visa to a residency one. There has been strong public support for the family including a petition and calls for the Government to show some clemency. In another scandal, the Immigration Minister Iain Lees-Galloway made the decision to grant a Czech criminal named Karel Sroubek residency based on inaccurate information provided by Immigration New Zealand.

New Zealand Immigration also has strict rules which limit people with serious mental and physical disabilities’ ability to immigrate or visit the country. The moral dilemma is keeping families intact while preventing them from being a burden on the health and social security system.
When it comes to faith, New Zealanders regard religion as a private individual matter. We have both freedom of religion and freedom from religion. Christianity is in decline while non-religious affiliation and minority faiths such as Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Sikhism are on the rise as our society becomes multicultural and diverse. In the 2013 Census, 41% identified as having no religion while 49% identified as Christian. Religion does not influence politics in the same way as the US and Malaysia.
There is currently a shortage of housing in New Zealand. The previous Center-right National Government sold off a lot of social housing and cut funding to public services including housing. In addition, municipal council by-laws in certain areas like Auckland have imposed limits on expanding the city boundaries. The housing shortage is particularly acute in major centres like Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington, and Queenstown. Queenstown is a tourist town in Central Otago with lots of holiday himes but inadequate housing for residents and hospitality workers. There have been calls to introduce a capital gains tax to mitigate that problem. For many New Zealanders, rental housing is increasingly common. This had been one of the reasons for the current Labour coalition government tightening immigration and work visa requirements.
This answer will help prospective immigrants make sense of life in New Zealand. New Zealand may be one of the most peaceful and least corrupt countries but we are not perfect. There is growing inequality and the Maori and Pacific Islander communities experience higher rates of poverty, incarceration, and health problems. The price of housing is also expensive and there is an acute shortage of affordable housing. Not all migrants are able to practise their qualifications in NZ. While the NZ immigration system is relatively fair and competent, they do make mistakes from time to time. New Zealand is a safe place to immigrate but don’t expect it to be a bed of roses. Be prepared to work hard and for things not to work out according to plan.

If someone tells you that they want to immigrate forever to Romania what would you say to them?
What? This was asked in Feb 2019 and there’s been no answers? Are there no Romanians to jump up and say their country is so wonderful and everyone should move there?
There is something to be aware of. Romania has a lot of people leaving. In the news a couple days ago I saw an item saying Romania’s population is at the lowest level since 1967. The only age groups increasing are the very young and the very old (because some people who left in previous years are now returning).
The birth rate is declining - indicating that folks in their child-bearing years are leaving.
The rate of people emigrating is higher than the rate of people immigrating.
I believe that the population of Romania is: a) bedazzled by the glittery things we have in the richer countries, b) sick of corruption, c) sick of the bureaucracy and the resulting inefficiency, d) tired of low wages.
And currently (Sept 3 2019) the current phase of the political fight over corruption has the governing coalition in shambles. The leader of PSD was thrown in jail over corruption, and the leadership team he left behind is ineptly incapable of keeping things together. etc etc … a lot of stuff going on that doesn’t look good.
But something else I’ve noticed is that at the same time as Romanians are disgusted and leaving, that there are plenty of non-Romanians who get excited by Romania and want to move there.
Another news article I saw the other day - a German guy who is so in love with TImisoara that he is running for mayor.

a、被富裕国家的闪光事物所迷惑;
c、厌倦了官僚主义和由此产生的效率低下;

If someone tells you that they want to immigrate forever to South Africa what would you say to them?
South Africa is on tenterhooks, the promises of a new dawn has not materialized, for the majority of the people. The government does not adequately administer anything. For basic services, you need to bribe someone, or they will demand the bribe or deliberately frustrate you. So you wouldn’t get help from the police , from internal affairs, from hospital nor from department of education. Why South Africa is not a failed state? The 20% of the working class pays tax that doesn’t go to the poor;

南非如坐针毡,对大多数人来说,新的曙光的承诺尚未实现。政府没有充分管理事情。对于基本服务,你需要贿赂某人,否则他们会要求贿赂或故意阻挠你。所以你无法得到警察、内政、医院或教育部门的帮助。为什么南非不是一个失败的国家?20%的工人阶级缴纳的税款没有流向穷人;

If someone tells you that they want to immigrate forever to Bosnia and Herzegovina what would you say to them?
I would say look at the statistics, Bosnia and Herzegovina is losing population rapidly, especially the young and educated. The country loses about one small town every couple of years or so, maybe even more. Corruption is rampant here, country is decentralized and spread between 3 constitutional nations each set against one another. Corrupt politicians use this for their own devices and even make it worse instead of making it better. Average pay is some 400€, while most people have 300€/month or less, while politicians earn upward of 1500€. Prices are among highest in the Europe, especially food and gas. Multiple taxes for the same services that aren’t very good to begin with. For instance, you pay health insurance which takes 1/5 of your pay, and then when you have to go to the doctor you have to pay for every step of the way. The best doctors are leaving the country and what you’re left with is under-staffed and under-equipped hospitals full of corrupted doctors with little to no experience. Even if you go to public health service for a check-up, they lack a lot of equipment to properly diagnose you, which means you have to go to private clinics and pay a hefty price just to find out what’s wrong with you. If you’re more seriously ill the doctor will expect an illegal compensation upward of 100€ just to give you an opinion. Nobody does anything about that. Nationalistic leaders increase fear of armed conflict every time they want to cover their own failures or as an excuse to inflate budgets or to cover up spending etc. Another example of multiple taxes for the same service are roads. They say highway pay-tolls aren’t enough to cover the cost of building further miles of highways, so they raise the price of gas in order to finance those highways, and they take loans from IMF to build those highways. Hundreds of millions are collected each year that way and in 2018 there wasn’t even a mile of new highway built. Your tax money just disappears, and you get literally nothing in return. Now they’re billing those people who want to give up their citizenship because they got the citizenship of another country where they live. President is a man who openly negates that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a sovereign country and has worked his whole political career to disassemble it, his name is Milorad Dodik, google him. Even without the exodus of people from Bosnia, there is still a problem of the white plague (more people die, then are being born), schools are being closed off, because there are no children to attend them. Every generation here usually witnesses at least 2 wars in their lifetime (on average). There is strong sense of hopelessness here and lack of faith that the situation will meaningfully improve in my lifetime. I live in Bosnia, but I’m desperately looking for a way to move out of it permanently. I would advise strongly against moving here unless you have a lot of savings gathered up. Even then, there is a reasonable possibility of war breaking out in the following decades at the most. No money will save you from that, you’ll be looking for a way back out, same like me. Nationalism is killing Bosnia and people here are either to stupid to realize it or to lazy and cowardly to do anything about it. It’s a beautiful country full of nature, forests, mountains, hills, rivers, even has a coast, but it’s not a nice place to live in these times.
