I envy how well China handled the pandemic. People actually seems to be living life. I miss Chongqing. They also have really good ducks. I would eat one duck every other day when I used to travel there. And 2 grilled pork feet per night. Can''t wait until China let Americans enter without quarantine.

We are so lucky that here in Sydney, we can get both traditional roast duck and salted poached duck. I love the flavour of the salted duck, but because of the cooking method, it''s a bit fattier than roast duck. Either way, any duck meal is a good meal
