In this video, I'm discussing why the U.S. struggles to keep up with China's infrastructure development. China has decades of experience constructing cutting-edge metro systems, and the U.S. just doesn't have the same level of expertise.
One of the most striking examples is the Shenzhen Metro, an enormous underground transit network spanning over 300 miles. It's a shining testament to China's infrastructure capabilities, and it's evident that the U.S. can't compete.
Today, we'll be exploring the impressive Gangxia North station, along with a few other stations on Line 14 of Shenzhen's incredible subway system. How does it stack up against New York's subway? Well, there's simply no comparison. The U.S. just can't compete.
I also had the chance to see China's impressive food drone delivery at Shenzhen's beautiful talent park! It was truly a futuristic remarkable experience.
China has been building an absolutely stunning amount of new infrastructure over the past few years, and the world is just won't believe it. From bridges to highways to airports, China is doing an amazing job of making a mark on the world stage.
From the massive bridges to the world's fastest railways, China is putting the US to shame with its amazing new infrastructure. If you're a fan of infrastructure projects, then this video is definitely for you!

I’m from India. The only indian people who criticise China and compare India with China are those that haven’t been to China. Once you go there you realise there is no comparison…absolutely none. Instead of talking nonsense all day long India should just accept that there is still a lot to be done rather than believing we are a superpower and better than China. Be humble and try to be better. And admit and appreciate that the Chinese have done something remarkable which we Indians can also appreciate and emulate.

My first time in China was 1984. I went from Bangkok to Hong Kong for a 2 week training organized by BMW Asia. During the weekend I took a one day trip to Shen Zhen from Hong Kong. They were so poor. There were a lot of beggars in front of the immigration and customs house. It was the beginning of Shen Zhen as special economic zone. Twenty five years later I went to Shanghai and Anhui in 2009 and a few more times thereafter. Wow! What a big change. I went to Anhui to do business visit at Chery Automobile. The factory was so clean and well equipped. I had no doubt that China will rise to the top eventually and that is coming even faster than I thought.

I am Electronic and Electric technician. Around 90s china started its electronic productions. By that time China 20 years behind Japan. Japan 5 years behind European Electronic manufactures. Holland Philips the first company to give some works to china. Philips asked to produce its LASER related products form china. Then the Chinese did a research on that. Philips asked various companies to make various components. But Chinese assembled it. OSAKI DVD and VCD player is the product. Now no one cant stop china. Once I went to Singapore for a Job. I was a electrical supervisor at TUAS incinerator plant. I have worked with the Chinese. They are good people. Apart from my technical skills I am a Srilankan Tamil journalist too.

As a European, I recall that in the '90s, everyone spoke about how amazing it was to visit the USA. Nowadays, when I ask people where they want to go, they mostly mention China, Korea, or Japan. The USA isn't even brought up anymore.

In my ten years travelling to China I also appreciated the professional treatment I received from authorities. Always thorough yet respectful and practical. Never any bullying or intimidation. I felt they were always concerned for the individual. In the US you always have it in your mind they might shoot you for no good reason at all!

The reason why the West is lagging behind is not because it lacks technology or resourceful people, but rather because it is heavily invested in wars with poorer countries. The main issue is that Western people like to talk and hold meetings without achieving anything. That's why they are decades behind. I have worked both in public and private sectors, and man o man, they love to hold meetings every single hr thats of no benefits.

The Chinese government cares about its people. I don't know whether the UK government cares about its people or whether it cares about its pockets, or whether the people of UK are just to lazy and complacent, or simply the UK just does not have the technology to perform such amazing and impeccable feats or tasks

I'm a Korean. I've been to Beijing 20 years ago, then just contacted the news of China through the media and a few books. But there's nothing let me surprised more than this video about China. I've invested much on Tesla's stocks, so much interested in the developement of BYD and other chines e-car makers as major competitors of Tesla. This video could be one of the reasons why I reluctant to invest more on Tesla's stocks. This winter I was planning to travel Japan, but I may change my plan from Japan to China, of course including Shenzhen.

The thing that has impressed me with Japanese & Chinese culture is the work ethic of people and the respect for orderliness & cleanliness. Traveling around Tokyo I don’t recall seeing any graffiti or public places trashed out. Meanwhile, I can walk around any part of the USA and find litter constantly.

Hi Jason, I just watched Kevin's Inside China Business. He has a chart showing UK having the most expensive electricity, even though you have north sea oil, while China now having one of the lowest electricity bills. Even though the UK cannot build HSR, at least the government should work on infrastructure to lower power cost like China, which will help all UK people and businesses.

I live in Shanghai with my Chinese wife and we have been to many other cities in China. It is really as you can see in the video, everything is real. I find it very relaxing when I walk through Shanghai with my wife and the cars only hum quietly because many cars are now electric. Not only are the subways very modern, but also the extremely fast trains, some of which can travel at up to 400 km/h. And another thing, everything is extremely clean and always tidy.

The secret of China's success is that their system is a combination of the best of socialism and capitalism, where the government serves the people who are free to pursue their capitalistic and professional dreams. The so called one party authoritarian system, when guided by good government planning can offer continuity and stability for businesses both local and foreign to plan their investments with confidence. Lastly, the critical element of this success is the Chinese themselves, being known for being super hardworking without labor disputes, with heavy emphasis in higher learning thereby generating plenty of educated, skilled, and achieving workforce.
The secret of China's success is that their system is a combination of the best of socialism and capitalism, where the government serves the people who are free to pursue their capitalistic and professional dreams. The prejudices in people's minds are like a great mountain. Even if you show them videos, they will say that the videos are fake. Even if you open up visa-free travel and tell them, "You can come see for yourself by taking a plane," they still refuse to believe and won't even get on a plane to China. This group of people doesn't even have basic curiosity, regardless of right or wrong, and continues to live in an old era in China where there was no electricity. No one believes that China could develop so quickly. When I was in elementary school, my family still had to prepare candles because occasional power outages would occur, and we would light candles at home for illumination. After about five or six years, when I entered junior high school and up until now, there hasn't been any power outage issues, and we haven't even encountered scheduled maintenance power outages (I don't know how they managed to achieve this).

Great! I was recently in there in Shenzhen for the 3 years. A marvel of a city. O loved the metro system. Very efficient no need for a car.Every day is different. Very convenient Technology services. It is like living in the future. I loved going to Shekou. Very futuristic . The interesting thing is if one needs to know about China, go there, be there don't ever listen to the media or people outside China.China is way ahead, in terms of Technology and innovation.

I'm recently surprised to learn from social media that many Americans are good, fair and humble and they literrally know their politicians and government keep provoking different countries and creating conflicts. I always had an impression that those politicians are representatives of their people.

I am from Somalia and i am happy for the Chinese people and their government. they have made a remarkable progress in the last few decades. somalis had trade relations with China in 14th and 15th centuries when we had one of the strongest empires in Africa. and I am proud to mention that Somalia was one of 23 countries that voted on 25 oct 197 to restore the rightful seat of the People’s Republic of China at the UN.

This is a country focused on improving the lives of its people, with the people at its core. Compared to some so-called Western democratic countries where politicians talk about democracy but only serve their own interests and those of their campaign donors, ignoring the people's livelihoods, the Chinese people are much happier. As a Chinese person born in Hong Kong, I have witnessed the continuous improvement in the lives of the Chinese people, while, conversely, I see that in the so-called developed Western democracies, people's lives are deteriorating. You can judge for yourself which system is successful and which is failing. All I know is that the current system is very suitable for the large population of China.
