Wherever you go in China you’ll see construction everywhere. Just tells you have fast China is developing. I’ve been around the area with friends 5 months ago it was great, was driving a 4x4 jeep. We enjoyed a lot. Anyway hope you have an amazing time in China. Just use your translation app if you can’t communicate, the Chinese are helpful and kind. Be careful with all these delicious food, it’s dangerous for your tummy. You might weigh a bit heavier after leaving China. ����

Probably expensive too? �� So not sure how much he gets out of it, seems like a niche occupation. From other travelers who made a travel report ("Himalaya Calling" - by two German dudes, worth seeing btw., video available on Amazon Prime) they collected a whole group (10?) on Facebook, to split the cost. Was like $1,500 or something, minimum, but per guide/group, not person, so it became more affordable for "starving travelers." I'm sure Noraly can afford it though!

It's amazing how China continues to conquer its own territories, bringing progress to every corner of a country that, until a few years ago, was poor and rural. Highways, towns, and cities on the western border, thousands of kilometers from the capital. I don't know what NOraly's route is in the Asian giant, but it will be a unique opportunity to see the reality of China in the 21st century.

Probably expensive too? �� So not sure how much he gets out of it, seems like a niche occupation. From other travelers who made a travel report ("Himalaya Calling" - by two German dudes, worth seeing btw., video available on Amazon Prime) they collected a whole group (10?) on Facebook, to split the cost. Was like $1,500 or something, minimum, but per guide/group, not person, so it became more affordable for "starving travelers." I'm sure Noraly can afford it though!

It's amazing how China continues to conquer its own territories, bringing progress to every corner of a country that, until a few years ago, was poor and rural. Highways, towns, and cities on the western border, thousands of kilometers from the capital. I don't know what NOraly's route is in the Asian giant, but it will be a unique opportunity to see the reality of China in the 21st century.
