I first only used to watch anime but then I got into donghuas and I fell in love with it (especially the 3d ones) and at one point only wanted to watched donghuas but I'm very critical in what I like watching and not many donghuas were what I wanted. But I still watch both. More of anime because it's easier to find anime that matched my tastes. But yeah I love both.

No assaults period. You can have a villain making the threat of assault but not the actual part.

I actually don't really watch anime anymore. Maybe it's just a time thing though.
I will keep up with the latest Jojo, but something like One Piece which I used to faithfully keep up with is just too slow for me now and the manga will do.
I'm still sick of the ecchi and of the high pitched lolis and young girls and boys portrayed in anime everywhere, so I'm pretty happy steering clear these days. It's not in every anime, but I don't want to sift through them seeing which one does or doesn't. In the end, it's widely accepted by the anime community so it can be simply hard to find if there is some in it, or not. I just don't need to see it, and don't want to see it.
I also don't need to spend time with all the filler, and purely fanservice scenes either, ain't got time for that. I've watched many hundreds of anime but it really just doesn't interest me as much anymore.
If I run out of donghua, then I simply just don't watch or watch something else entirely like a drama or something.

This is pretty much why I could never get into anime. It's just off-putting seeing all that. Besides the really mainstream ones, which unfortunately sometimes also have those explicit sexual content, I mostly stick with western animation.

Nah, not really the same, a lot of the voices in Japanese have that super artificial "kawaii" exaggeration to it. Take any loli character and there you have it.
There are still "lolis" in donghua, but they're not really portrayed the same way as in Japanese anime.
They still do exaggerate voices, just not to the same degree and not nearly as often.
Chinese censorship... is a far more complex issue than you might imagine.

I prefer portrayal of older characters rather than younger ones being the focus.
I have watched those ones you mentioned when they released, they're old news. If those are the latest you've watched, then I've probably watched more anime than you. Most of them you list, again, have lots of young children in them as a focus.
Pacing is also slower than Chinese animation, and again, not as much time here anymore.
I also prefer 3D these days, not to say 2D is bad, but 3D is likely to be the future for dynamic scenes and it's getting to much higher quality these days. If there's better cinematography direction and QC, I can see it absolutely explode in 5-10 years time.

From Monster, Psychopass, Death note to shounen like One Piece, Naruto, Fairy Tail, Bleach to things like Violet Evergarden, Clannad, Kaguya-Sama, Steins gate, to the sports ones like Haikyuu etc, to the SoL ones like Nichijou, the CGI ones like Sidonia, Aldonah, houseki no kuni and the list could go on forever.
It's not about the "filler" episodes, but "filler" time within episodes just purely devoted to fanservice and the "kawaii" scenes and expression tropes (pat heads, ugly cry etc). In a lot of donghua, they do have some but it's really minimal, doesn't take much time if any, and I prefer it that way.

You cannot sexualize an underage character in anyway including voice to outfit. You cannot bypass the censorship by claiming the underage loli is actually a 1000 yo vampire or claim some asian girls are short. If the person looks underage then she is underage.
Young girls cannot dress in anything sexually appealing. They have to dress like everyone else their age.
Example: versatile mage the mc's detective partner and spare me great lord the female main lead

I still like anime except in the situations involve
Ecchi like you said or stories where main girls are weak and submissive for no reason. Or stories with controversies like rin and sesshemarou in inuyasha. Chinese animes simply avoids this kind controversies period
Weak male main characters. There are way too japanese animes that have the nerdy hikkimori loner mcs as the norm. Chinese cartoons used to have this kind stories until they weeded them out.
Lack of ability to deal with bullies for both male and female leads. If you notice almost all of tencent cartoons especially the cultivation ones constantly throw a bully at the main character.
Also most of the anime audience will be getting older and will have kids too one day. Do any of you really want to introduce your kids to ecchi themes or weak loner mcs that cant deal with bullies.

I still like anime except in the situations involve
Ecchi like you said or stories where main girls are weak and submissive for no reason. Or stories with controversies like rin and sesshemarou in inuyasha. Chinese animes simply avoids this kind controversies period
Weak male main characters. There are way too japanese animes that have the nerdy hikkimori loner mcs as the norm. Chinese cartoons used to have this kind stories until they weeded them out.
Lack of ability to deal with bullies for both male and female leads. If you notice almost all of tencent cartoons especially the cultivation ones constantly throw a bully at the main character.
Also most of the anime audience will be getting older and will have kids too one day. Do any of you really want to introduce your kids to ecchi themes or weak loner mcs that cant deal with bullies.

Donghua suggestions: Soul Land, Perfect World, Martial Master, Battle through the heavens, a mortal's journey to immortality and Swallowed Star to name some. I binged the crap out of all those and now I have to wait weekly for an episode...FML lol
