I'm 6'7. I was on a flight to LA and was in the middle seat. I booked the flight late and couldn't get the emergency row seats, so I was in some serious and obvious pain the first hour. I’m not in the realm of super tall, about 6’ 2” or 3”, airlines suck. The only solution I’ve found is to upgrade to business class (this is actually super affordable if you do it last minute or via airline points on a travel card) and that really saves your knees and back.
