Basically creating my own internal white noise machine to drift off to as my brain stops focusing on thoughts and just repeating the same word again and again until I either snap out of my self induced trance or wake up in the morning

I do this weird thing where I count backwards from 100 in threes. i suck at math so my brain surrenders pretty quickly.lol. Also tried white noise, loads of vids on Youtube- can't say it works wonders but when your desperate, its worth the try. not a fan of ambiance lights tho, they give me headaches.
