To me, India is like Palki Sharma. She always delivers confident analysis built with sound rationale, but when she concludes.... the rationality is completely discarded. When we self proclaim "greatness" without leading in any of the major infra, science or even IT. What we manufacture that world loves. Anything? Few bike companies. Thanks for the video, I like Indians. There is a gap, as she mentioned. I believe that once the economy improves, things will improve. I grew up in Hong Kong. China in the 60s was not great. Same in the US and UK, 100 or 200 years ago, before the empire set in. If you read Jane Austen's novel, 1800, you'll see that the poor people in the UK had only hard-packed earth floors, like in China, in my father's time in the village, around 1920. We would shake our heads too if using today's high standard. So I think Indians are OK in their development. It may be slower than China, but China is close to a miracle. China did it in 40 years when the US took 100 years. Being humble is one of our virtues as Chinese people. It was the UK destroy India in general. Colonial control put India backward for 200 years. That was how the West worked then. British colonization is widely viewed by historians and economists as a period of intense economic exploitation that underdeveloped India's potential, resulting in widespread poverty and famine rather than prosperity.

Let's simplify this. The average Indian is the global daridravaasi ambassador. Daridravaasi is sanskrit for the impoverished one. Impoverished in morals, ethics, civic sense. Unlike in the West where confession is a big deal and self criticism comes naturally to ordinary folks who admit their shortcomings and strive to overcome those, both confession and self criticism are alien to the average Indian though many are generally humble to a fault. To me, India is like Palki Sharma. She always delivers confident analysis built with sound rationale, but when she concludes.... the rationality is completely discarded. It is like someone making sure they do not forget the key to the house, goes through all the preparations to secure the key, and when they get there, they chop down the door, instead of using the key they brought with to unlock. I find it very fascinating that Palki does this all the time, without fail, just like India. I listen to Palki a lot, I find it fascinating that a person could have such a weird relationship with reality.

Thanks for the video, I like Indians. There is a gap, as she mentioned. I believe that once the economy improves, things will improve. I grew up in Hong Kong. China in the 60s was not great. Same in the US and UK, 100 or 200 years ago, before the empire set in. If you read Jane Austen's novel, 1800, you'll see that the poor people in the UK had only hard-packed earth floors, like in China, in my father's time in the village, around 1920. We would shake our heads too if using today's high standard. So I think Indians are OK in their development. It may be slower than China, but China is close to a miracle. China did it in 40 years when the US took 100 years. Being humble is one of our virtues as Chinese people. It was the UK destroy India in general. Colonial control put India backward for 200 years. That was how the West worked then. British colonization is widely viewed by historians and economists as a period of intense economic exploitation that underdeveloped India's potential, resulting in widespread poverty and famine rather than prosperity.

These expats are IT staff, Biz consultants , accountants, ship broking agents and entrepreneurs. Tell me why Indians are banned, but Pakistani are welcome. I hv given many chances to Indian expate, one from from PWC .Guess what? All CMI - cannot make it. If I had signed on the dotted line - either my apt would have be wrecked , like my neighbors's or would face payment issues or uncooperativeness in repair obligations. No skin color issue here.

Let's simplify this. The average Indian is the global daridravaasi ambassador. Daridravaasi is sanskrit for the impoverished one. Impoverished in morals, ethics, civic sense. Unlike in the West where confession is a big deal and self criticism comes naturally to ordinary folks who admit their shortcomings and strive to overcome those, both confession and self criticism are alien to the average Indian though many are generally humble to a fault. Such folks are liked and respected universally. They are spiritually enlightened and reciprocate the love and respect they receive.

Why is it Indians spreading that the world hates India?.. I only know people who love India as I do, within India and beyond... These sort of titles are actually creating fear and low self esteem in my Indian friends...Also I am worried with all this talk of civic sense that Indians are being put under pressure to take up western practices which are not necesssrily better and to give up intelligent Indian practices, like using toilet paper which involves loss of trees, when Indian squat loos and use of water is just so much more hygenic and healthy and intelligent... Eating with hands is not backward, it means that you never eat overhot food.. And it tastes better...
