I had Japanese friends during college and they always said japan may look all sweet and cute from outside because of anime but its one of worst place as an employee , i even heard if you leave a job , your employer will literally insult you , make you apologise, and sometimes even sabotage your next job . To be fair, even i feel the same,not sure how many indians feel this way. Everything we eat are adulterated,fear of health is there , and fear of being happy after retirement is also a concern.

I think Japan will allow more Indians in. I went there in 2019 and didn't see too many but last year i noticed quite a number of Indians and Nepalis working there.
